Client de longue date, je n'ai quasiment jamais eu de problème chez eux, ils sont souvent réactifs sur les nouveaux modèles et les modèles P-Bandai.
Le site est agréable et le support compétent et à l'écoute.

J'ai acheter des gunpla a leur stand a la Japan expo 2023, les vendeur avais etais tres gentil et il mon bien renseigner.
J'ai plus tard racheter sur le site (je n'est pas utiliser le code promo de la JE2023, plus valide) pas de délais de livraison, bien emballer, rien a dire a ce sujet.
Il faut cependant faire de grosse commande pour avoir la livraison gratuite

Une 3e commande en cours mais qui met du temps à arriver (bon, c'est pas de leur faute mais ils pourraient tenir un peu au courant quand une livraison a 6 mois de retard). Cela dit quand on appelle pour avoir des infos, il y a toujours une personne aimable au bout du fil et qui communique en toute transparence.

One of the best, if not the best gunpla and model kit store in the EU :-) Excellent selection of kits, tools, and paints. Customer service is very responsive and friendly, making one feel like they care about being the trustworthy and efficient ship they are! A great loyalty program that makes me come over and over. Shipping is a little bit expensive and on a slower side compared to other shops, but the selection of kits that are hard to find elsewhere makes it one of my favorite shops :-)
