I was looking for a car for a few months. Needed an automatic and a good size. My husband saw the Peugeot 3008 for sale and when he went to look, he said it was perfect for me and left a deposit. I later took the car for a test drive and it was ideal for me. The staff at the Rishton Auto Care were friendly and helpful. The car was a good price for what we got. Good selection of cars at the garage. I would buy from there again.

Rishton auto care sorted me out with a lovely 2010 Audi a3, cannot fault the vehicle, lovely to drive. The car had everything necessary done to it before collection including a full valet, service, mot, timing belt and water pump. They were quick to respond to any texts and calls which gave me the confidence to drive 4.30 hours to buy the car same day. Took me for a test drive straight away and gave me privacy to look at the car. Swift, easy transaction with all paperwork necessary. I wouldn’t think twice about using Rishton auto care again.

My experience dealing with rishton auto care and rash the manager has been a very friendly positive one. I did not give the garage a heads up that i would be visiting to look at a vehicle and simply turned up. I was pleasantly surprised to find nothing short of high quality vehicles to choose from, all of top spec and in excellent condition. I knew straight away that the vehicle i had seen online was a definite buy just from looking at it in person and i returned to the garage 4 days later to pick up the vehicle having had a full service thrown in. I am very pleased with my vehicle, the customer service and feel i was given a fair price. I would defiantly recommend to friends and family.

Great Garage. I contacted Rash via WhatsApp from their website and he was quick to reply. I was a little apprehensive at first seeing some negative reviews but then thought what used car place hasn’t got an odd negative review, after all the sales guys don’t build them and even manufacturers send out the odd brand new car with something wrong. I’m so glad we made the journey over to see the VW Caddy. On first inspection we highlighted that the traction control light wouldn’t go off and the heater blower wasn’t working, however when you’re told they have all the parts on the shelf they really mean it. The van came also with a new timing belt and water pump plus all the issues were rectified. We drove over a week after to collect the van and Rash insisted we test drive and only until we were happy we pay and drive away. After a test drive the bulb light came on (flickering back bar brake light) but he literally pulled out a brand new sealed one and replaced it. They literally have a no nonsense attitude (if something is wrong bring it back and we will sort it out) We were given a 3 month warranty also with an option to increase this to 6 months. Our overall experience was great and we now have our micro camper project underway. Thank you Rishton Auto Care we will definitely use you again.

Very helpful and Informative on the car I purchased. Was quick sorting out the paper work too and I was on my way. I recommend this company to anyone who looking to purchase a car.

Lovely service from start to finish really. From the offset I delt with a lovely guy called Rash and he was a true gentleman throughout, made me feel really comfortable. When I went to look at the car he just left me to inspect the car with brother who I had taken with me. He gave us all the time we needed and at no point did he try to give us the hard sell. I am not local to this dealer however when I need a car in the future this is the first place I will look. I did buy a car today and am very happy 😊

Great service here, very open about the sales process, serviced the car for me and solved any issues I had before sale, sent me pictures of the work done to that car and all paper work.

All I can say is customer service from these guys is top of the range. Made me feel comfortable and allowed me plenty of time to inspect the vehicle without breathing down my neck. They inspect their cars to a good standard before letting you drive away with it which is another amazing factor. All I can say it thank you very much for putting an end to my search for the right car. Would 100% recommend them to anyone

Fantastic customer service by Rash. I'm in Scotland so I was unable to view the car prior to purchase. He was so helpful, answered all my questions and gave me a video tour of the car. Due to personal circumstances, I had a delay in processing the purchase and Rash couldn't have been more understanding, helpful and patient!

The car was delivered to me promptly and was exactly as described.

Faulty gearbox, said he had fixed it but hadn't, dropped car off and couldn't get away quick enough I got car less than 20yards out my drive and fault came up again, I phoned him Rash or Raj as his name changes straight away to come back he refused ,I have asked for days and days to return my trade in car and money he didn't do this either, said he would liaise with a local garage this has become a farce,not authorising the work saying he would supply parts this didn't happen, He ignored my letter from trading standards who have now escalated the case Avoid Avoid oh yes he has had fake reviews removed on line also .Constantly asking me to take down my review, think that is called directly trying to force my actions, I said I would but not when so I decided to write some more reviews and report this garage to as many industries bodies as possible, giving them all my evidence I write this to prevent you having a similar experience.
No warranty paper work given at point of sale but tells you you have full parts and labour warranty .
