From first contact to finished job. I couldn't fault them. Great people, great company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marc and his team. They went the extra mile to fit me in a week early so I would be safe on the road. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Emma.

Marc is a brilliant guy knows his stuff was able to help me out with a sticky situation and then was able to come fit parts following day. Would recommend him to anyone. Will definitely use him in future.

Marc is responsive and reliable. He has sorted out problems with two different cars recently and seems knowledgeable. We're pleased with the outcomes and pricing was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Thank you so much to Marc who repaired my car for me over the weekend. He managed to fit me in to what appeared to be a very busy diary and was also able to tell me the fault without running any of the usual diagnostics techniques. Spoke to Mark for an urgent repair on my vehicle, Mark offered a diagnosis on my car but I had made it clear that the AA had already diagnosed it so therefore I wouldn’t need his diagnosis. Mark came to repair the car on the same day and told me that the car had been misdiagnosed by the AA and told me to return my parts as it had a completely different issue. Mark then went on to tell me what was actually wrong with my car at the end of him telling me this he told me he would be charging £85 for a ‘call out fee’. Mark had plenty of opportunity to tell me that he charges a ‘call out fee’ before he even arrived to my home to conduct the repair as we had conversations before he arrived. Even though Mark is a mobile mechanic and it is his job to be mobile he sees it as an opportunity to scam and charge a fee. I have raised this feedback with Mark and requested a refund as I am still confused what I paid £85 for as it is part of his service is to call out?! But Mark has decided that he will not be refunding my money back and stated he will not be returning to my home although he was never invited to come back. After Mark took my money he left my undertray hanging off the car with the bolts all over the floor, not only was I scammed he has also left it in a mess with the undertray off. Next time I will use a more established company and not a husband and wife company that fail to mention additional costs. If you do get desperate like I did and need to use Mark for a vehicle repair please bare in mind what has happened to me before making a hasty decision.

It’s a shame Mark and his wife feel they have to lie. I did call Mark to tell him to put my undertray back on how he found it, Mark nor his wife answered the phone so I left a voicemail stating he needs to return to put my undertray and the bolts back on how he found it, I’ve had get another mechanic to put the undertray back on as it was before he tampered with it! They both refrain from addressing my issue of replacing the undertray!
If Mark or his wife feel that me ringing and asking them to come back and put my undertray back how they found it threatening or abusive then thats a lamé excuse to avoid doing it. However, I don’t like the way they reduce themselves to lying in their response. Instead own up to the fact that you are only interested in charging people for a call out of £85 for a minimum of 10 minutes to diagnose something I didn’t authorise him to do! This husband and wife duo seem to be out to make money from people without carrying out any constructive work on vehicles! I actually feel scammed by this pair as they refuse to take any phone calls from me since. Mark’s wife has now said the reason for the £85 charge is for the diagnosis but at what point did I ask Mark for the diagnosis? But she hasn’t responded about leaving my undertray hanging and bolts on the ground! All he had to do was say it’s the incorrect part and drive off but no Mark wanted to diagnose it and make some sort of money out of me so that it wasn’t a wasted trip! I’m so glad that he will not be carrying out any work on my car as I can imagine how much he would over charge me and the mess he would make. In conclusion, this is a one man band trying it, regardless of them replying by stating that “there company pride themselves in being open and honest! Which couldn’t be further from the truth sadly! Please AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Unfortunately my girlfriend’s car broke down so she reached out to Mark for an urgent repair. We were impressed to hear that Mark would be able to repair the car on the same day but clearly their unprofessionalism and lack of communication was the reason why they were available to repair the car at such short notice. Mark attended to repair the car as discussed but Mark said the AA had misdiagnosed it, Mark then proceeded to tell my girlfriend what was wrong with the car. At NO point did anyone ask Mark for a diagnosis but he gave his opinion on what is wrong with it anyway. Mark and his wife who followed Mark to attend this job both failed to mention that there would be an £85 charge for him to ‘diagnose’ the car. After Mark gave his opinion on what was wrong he said he will be charging a cost of £85 and hid my girlfriend’s keys in his van until she paid. Mark and his wife took the payment and drove off leaving the car’s undertray still hanging off with the bolts all over the ground. We have been in contact with a reputable REAL company with REAL mechanics who have confirmed that Mark’s opinion which he calls a ‘diagnosis’ is wrong anyway, so not only was it a waste of £85 but he was also wrong. Today we have tried to contact Mark who is usually quite easy to get hold of but today he has been consistent in not answering the phone or responding to text messages. We have reached out to the pair to see if they will come back to put the undertray back on how he found it but the pair are both adamant in ignoring the issue and instead just copy and paste responses to my girlfriends review. Mark and his wife both know they did not mention anything about an £85 charge and so the pair of scammers have been caught out so now their only option is to lie which is what they have been doing. I look forward to seeing what lies they come up with next and I hope no one else makes the mistake of paying them for nothing. This isn’t a real company it’s a husband and wife duo who are trying. Please avoid at all costs!

Mark was tireless in his efforts to get our car fixed. He was 100% reliable and we were involved at all stages via his explanations and willingness to show us what he was was doing. We would highly recommend his work and will definitely call upon him again if the need arises.
