this a good camera. We have already founf two leaks and it has saved us a ton of money

dont even bother this camera has one nice feature and that is it can self level
the locate is trash and was off by 5 foot
fails to make it all the way around the bends of multiple 90s

I've used a Sanyipace sewer camera on home inspections for over 2 years and it has been great! I just purchased additional equipment and plan to stick with this brand. Customer service has been consistently responsive and helpful as well.

I’ve been using a SANYIPACE sewer camera and have been really impressed with it. The camera works well, produces clear, high-quality images, and is very affordable—easily more than half the price of some of the higher-end competitor cameras.
A lot of people say you need to spend top dollar to get good customer service and access to replacement parts, but that hasn’t been my experience. I had an issue with my unit, reached out, and they immediately sent out the part I needed. It was easy to install, and my camera was back up and running quickly.
Overall, it’s a solid, reliable camera at a great price, backed by responsive customer service. Definitely a great option if you want quality without overspending.

I bought this Sanyipace camera with locator, it helps me to locate the sewer pipe for ADU construction perfectly accurate. Save me lots of time to break the right sanitary pipe's location

I have been a master plumber for over 20 years and been in business for myself for most of that. My company has purchased around four cameras from Sanyipace. We have been happy with all of them. We do you work them very hard! Their customer service and warranty is exceptional! I think these cameras are great products for the money! We figure it typically takes one to two jobs to make our money back on one of these cameras. Great investment and a must have tool for any service plumber!

Was average ! Very Speedy on parts for machine, not so much, on ordering a new machine. Took forever to get.

Great Transaction, Haven't used product just yet

Product has been used once and I encountered an issue, notified company of issues and they responded well with solution. More to come as the repair parts have not arrived yet. Service center was good to work with.

The sewer camera worked wonderful and I was able to see that I had tree roots blocking my main sewer line under the parkway area of my property.

Sanyipace customer service is excellent! Purchased a camera and the camera lens cracked while doing work. I sent a message asking about a replacement because my camera was still under warranty. They promptly responded and sent me a replacement that is on its way.

I’ve been using Sanyispace equipment for a couple of years now and can say they have great quality for a very reasonable price. If anyone is thinking of purchasing one of their cameras just do it. You will not regret it!!! Also they are great at responding if you have any questions or if you need tech support!!!

Exactly as I had hoped. It worked great the first day on a 40mm x 33m pipe trace. Very very minor issue, the rubber leg pads could use a set screw to keep them from spinning, otherwise perfect.
