I can't thank the team enough for their


I can't thank the team enough for their help today. I called beforehand because I had recently bought a motorhome and couldn't remove the gas cylinder as the connection was very tight. They immediately reassured me that they would help.

When I arrived, a member of staff came straight out to assist me. He removed the old cylinder, fitted the new one, showed me how to turn everything on and off safely, and took the time to explain things without making me feel silly for asking questions.

As someone new to motorhome ownership, that kindness and patience meant a lot. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you again for going above and beyond to help me. I would happily recommend you to anyone needing gas supplies or advice.

Very prompt gas delivery

I use Riverside Hardware to supply gas to my holiday homes in Trecco Bay Porthcawl. They alway deliver on time, on some occasions, when I've orderd in the morning they have delivered in the afternoon, very efficient. The online ordering process is simple and straightforward. Delivery staff a friendly and curtious. Prices are reasonable and stable. All in all, I'm well pleased with the service Riverside Hardware provide.
