Took the order but said it was unavailable. Then asked if i would like a refund which could take upto 10 days. It only took 5 minutes to take the money from the BACS payment but 10 days to refund.

I was able to purchase a brazier for my MKZ St. Musa C/Air 14 pellet stove, and was very happy to be able to do so in the UK. Very helpful service, and the Brazier has arrived safely and is now installed and working well.

Ordered a inspection glass late November out of stock now early march and still nothing bearing in mind glass is 25£ delivery is the same

Ordered part on a 2/3 day delivery ..after 4 days finially contacted them after chasing up...part not instock and would be another week..Part was for a break down on a biomass boiler..

Delay in delivery for a critical component but no updates on why and expected delivery date which meant I had to chase up the order as it was over a week with no boiler and no hot water etc

I haven't received my water meter. I only got a response back after I requested a date of arrival. I was told it has to order in as it is not in stock rhe 16th of September this has really annoyed my customer asI have placed the order I would of cancelled it.The order placed said 2-3 days this was my reason for ordering it.

Poor communication
Website stated item in stock but was not, no email to advise that item would be delayed for delivery as it has to come from manufacturer. Very poor service. After one week had to chase to find out what was happening.
