I’m so glad I found Rivr. They improved my existing home contents cover with no annoying policy endorsements and saved us £525 in the process. The whole experience was straightforward and genuinely refreshing.

I am delighted with the service I have received from Sasha at Rivr. She was great to deal with during the quotation for house insurance process and really understood our needs. Sadly we had a big burglary only a month after taking out the insurance but Sasha has been amazingly helpful every inch of the way, chasing the Loss Adjusters and talking to the Underwriters on our behalf. She has made everything go smoothly and our claim has been settled in full. The proof of an excellent service which you hope never needs to be proven. Well done Rivr on your personal service.

My experience could not have been better. Shopping around for a good price but sufficient cover for our house and content insurance was proving difficult. I like the way this company does its business. Firstly they answer the phone speedily and you can talk to a human. Secondly they want your business and do all they can to get you a result in an uncomplicated way. Finally they are warm, friendly and cannot do enough for you.

Although I only wanted Contents Insurance (as live in a Flat with Freeholder covering Buildings) it seems that the amount of cover I required for Jewellery & Watches exceeds the limit offered by most insurers. A Google search brought up Rivr who were able to meet my needs and Sasha Holman-Phillips was very helpful in responding to my questions and ensuring the bespoke quotation offered met all my needs - the fact that Rivr's Policy is All Risks upto the sums insured anywhere in the world is an especially attractive feature

I first spoke with Will in 2024, and was impressed by his vision. 12 months later we moved to Rivr and have been impressed by the level of personal service and competitive pricing offered.

I was a little reticent initially given we used to have cover through our bank, but I would recommend Rivr to those fed up with paying increased premiums each year with a non personalised service.

Will was very professional and guided me well through all stages and details of my home and contents insurance.

A simple online application followed up by a telephone consultation to tailor the policy to suit our personal needs. So much easier than any other house and contents insurer I have dealt with, and I feel confident that everything is now properly covered, which is not the case with some of the blanket policies on offer from some insurers.
