My call to Highworth insurance was to add an additional watch to my existing policy. My contact was William Gordon and he proved to be very polite and knowledgeable. He explained to me the cost and what I need to do next. He also explained what would be expected of me if I wished to add further watches to my collection.
He was very quick with any correspondence and he made the whole interaction a pleasure.

Really good customer service from Sam Ashford ( account manager ) in helping me find insurance for an older property in North Wales which has a separate holiday let with a thatch roof . He was patient, courteous and thorough, and I felt he was genuinely looking for ways to help me rather than putting obstacles in the way which had been my experience when contacting all other insurers. After no small effort on his behalf a competitive quote was found which covers requirements. A very good customer experience which I am happy to recommend to others. Thankyou.
