Rizandmicamake レビュー

Love the product, delivery was quick and on time. My table arrived with a dent which had clearly happened in transit, the response I had from customer service wasn’t that helpful initially but they did refund me a small amount after several emails.

Absolutely amazing product, it was more expensive than the other similar products we looked at but it was 100% worth the additional money, solid and unique, thanks guys, I'll be back for the draw unit soon

The product was superb and the delivery was swift and efficient. I love my new table! It was exactly as advertised.

Lovely product, promptly delivered and friendly, helpful service.

Excellent service, the desk was exactly as advertised, very easy to assemble and was delivered swiftly.

all good but the notification says delivery between 8.30-and 12.30 by FedX, left with a neighbour at 8.15 as I wasn't in, but it would of been by 8.30

A beautiful desk , which was exactly as described. Great quality and delivered quickly

I spent nearly 12 months trying to find a desk that didn’t look like it came from Ikea or another mass produced shop. I stumbled upon Riz and Mica Make and thought I would give it a go. Desk was delivered over the weekend. I am absolutely ecstatic with how it looks and the quality of the build.

Team were very good at keeping me updated and responding to any messages.

I’m considering the matching drawers next!

I recently ordered a custom reclaimed wooden desk and shelves from Riz and Mica, and I couldn’t be happier! The craftsmanship is outstanding, with each piece showcasing the unique character of reclaimed wood. The desk is both sturdy and stylish, while the shelves add a perfect rustic touch to my space. The team was professional and attentive to my vision, delivering exactly what I wanted. If you’re looking for high-quality, eco-friendly furniture with a unique flair, I highly recommend Riz and Mica!

Excellent product really pleased just waiting for the matching bench 👍

Joshua understood my order requirements. The items were delivered swiftly; no hassle.

Had enough of years of a certain swedish-meatball furnishing, and wanted something with personality. This ticks all the boxes while still being sustainable! The table itself is finished to a very high level, with some imperfections that highlight the reclaimed nature of the wood.

Super quick shipping and they are quick to respond to questions too, very friendly to deal with!

I have been looking for a new desk for a while. I came across Rizandmicamake and loved the quality of the product and that I could choose the size of desk I require.
The reviews were excellent so I decided to order.
I had a minor issue with the delivery company but sorted effectively and efficiently by rizandmicamakes team. Special thanks to Joshua.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. My desk is exactly what I was looking for and the quality is fantastic.
Had some lovely comments from friends and family asking where it came from as they loved the quality and finish of it.
Very happy customer, thank you so much.

Ease of ordering, great communication, speedy delivery and really pleased with the item, would definitely purchase again and recommend to others

Customer service - can't fault that.
Table & bench - lovely..not a massive fan of the rubber feet as they fall off when you move the table - I have to move mine daily, would be better if they didn't need to be there or were permanently attached. The table is lighter than I thought & I did check the colours but I guess you never can tell from a photo. Overall 5⭐

Love my new desk, it's beautiful and sturdy

Fantastic table and bench. Easy to put together and looks really lovely and is great quality. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you

We ordered a 150cm x 60cm desk.
The order update emails kept us in the loop and the order arrived much quicker than we expected.

This is the first reclaimed wood purchase we have made, and we were expecting a smoother finish to the wood. This hasn't taken away from the product, it was just different than imagined. The quality is brilliant and after a little use, the wood has already smoothed slightly and gives a soft touch.

Very happy with the purchase and would order again.
