Communication is key to the overall experience. Times, dates, and availability make it easy to plan. The engineers are always reliable and communicate and issues or work that has been carried out. Engineer came out, and remembered servicing the boiler, and assisted and fixed the problem leaving us with reassurance that if the problem occurred again don't hesitate to ring.

Absolutely 💯 happy with RJ Martindale I was so pleased when I asked them to set up a service plan for my home, to my horror when they came to service they found that my flue going up through the roof was dangerous and condemned my boiler for any further use, this was serviced for 10 years by a well established company. I have now been with RJ Martin for several years, the fitters are polite helpful and even set my boiler at the correct setting and give me reasons why it would benefit me with the costs to get more gas for my money, always send me a monthly reminder when my direct debit is due to come out of my bank, aswell as contacting me when the service is due. So pleased with the service and friendly staff I have no intentions of looking to change even if it was cheaper,

Very easy to arrange a service plan, due to being able to speak with clear speaking people over the phone. Very rare these days. Started the plan, boiler serviced within days and all ok since.
