Have been using this company for over a year now for servicing my boiler and other addons ie plumbing and electrics. Their pricing is very reasonable and their customer service is excellent. They emailed me to remind me that i was due a service on my boiler, I phoned them up and booked a date. With it being a local company you feel that they are more receptive rather than other larger companies. The engineer arrived at the date and time agreed, he was very professional and informed me of the outcome, it was the same engineer as last year which again using a local company is great. A big thanks to David for servicing the boiler and keeping everywhere tidy. Can not fault this company, after David had finished he informed me that the report would follow by email, but there were no problems. The report followed for my attention. Would recommend using this company to anyone who wants to have a personal touch rather than a large company approach.

These guys were amazing. They arrived at 8am and did not stop working until nearly 5pm. Between the 4 of them they removed our old hot water and cold water tanks and installed a new combi boiler in just one day. They were extremely good mannered and I don’t recall ever seeing such clean workers. Absolutely no mess to clear up at the end. Cannot fault them.

Engineer arrived within scheduled time, was very polite and did the service on our boiler in a very efficient and timely manner. Very pleased with the service provided, and very glad we changed our boiler maintenance contract to them.

Pete visited re a blocked drain from our garage down spout. I had done all I could but he was able to resolve the problem. He removed the chamber at the bottom of the drain pipe and was able to clean the blockage. All back to normal again. Many thanks.

Absolutely brilliant company. I chose them to fit my boiler a few months ago after being recommended...and not insignificantly they were almost £1400 less expensive than British Gas quoted me for similar! I opted for their ' all in' service plan at the time ( again cheaper than British Gas) and had need to call them out this week. They were great- booking me in the next day and even being flexible on the callout when I couldn't be there at the time arranged( try that with most other companies!) Warren was fantastic. He found the issue and fixed it within an hour. Lovely people all round too and so nice to be able to speak to someone local. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I moved my mum's Homecare contract from British Gas (rubbish and a rip off) to R J Martindale 3 years ago. They have been outstanding and so very nice to my elderly mum. 2 years ago she had a new boiler too, and again, the service was brilliant. Today she had her 2nd boiler service and safety inspection. We are both delighted to be customers of Martindales
