I just want to say R J Martindale is an excellent company. On my experience they are quick to respond to any issues. They arrived at the stated time and completed jobs as needed. I have a service and any issues that arise contract with them. As I am visually impaired this is worth its weight in gold. They even come out if I need the water topped up. As I can’t see even small jobs are difficult for me. I highly recommend the company.

Scott and Theo did an excellent job replacing my 87 year old dad’s boiler. Couldn’t praise them enough. Went that extra mile to make sure everything was in working order.

We have had a new boiler fitted in our house around 6 years ago and were very happy with the service. We then moved home and needed a replacement boiler in our new home. Again we used RJ Martindale and the price and service were again excellent. We also use the company to service our boiler annually. The staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.

They are proactive in ringing up to arrange a service visit. The engineers arrive when they say they will and are always friendly, efficient, and clean workers. I have full confidence that they will be there when I need them, which is more than I can say for the previous major company I was with.

From making enquiries about their service to taking out a contract, Martindale’s are super efficient, friendly and give an excellent service.
Their engineers are very professional, arrive on time and get the job done.
Being a local service is also a bonus - all of the other main players for boiler maintenance etc are multi nationals who often promise an amazing service but fall down at the first hurdle.
I’m so glad I changed to Martindales- I now pay less for a better premium service.snd have every confidence in them. I highly recommend Martindales.

I have been a customer of RJ Martindale for a number of years since they installed my new boiler. The installation was carried out with minimal disruption and the greatest care and respect for myself for my property. A great job. So impressed I took out a total service plans which includes an annual service of my boiler and heating system. This gives me total peace of mind . I also requested that the company install 4 new radiators in January. This was done promptly and impressively. The engineer worked quietly and efficiently and the only evidence that work had been done was the presence of 4 shiny new radiators in place of the old ones. No damage to decor or paint either.The engineers always treat myself and my property with courtesy and respect. I must also mention the office staff who are always polite and patient getting the work organised with minimum delay.
Altogether this is a professional, talented team and I have no hesitation in recommending them for all your plumbing requirements.
