This is a terrible company with no business ethics.
They deceive both customers and partners.
Specifically, they refuse to pay affiliate marketing commissions to their partners. Whether you are a customer or a partner considering working with this company, you should stay away from them.
Ich habe mir neulich das XTS-F10 Rally Auto bestellt. Es kam 1 Tag vor der angegeben Lieferzeit an, der Service hat mir alle Fragen beantwortet und ich habe ein Gutschein bekommen(10â¬). Das Auto ist gut verpackt angekommen und funktioniert super. Das einzige nicht so gute war, dass sie geschrieben haben "DPD" anstatt Dhl, mit denen sie wirklich geliefert haben. Wenn man direkt in ⬠Bezahlen könnte wÀre das noch ganz schön...
Very poor customer service. They also ask for additional shipping costs after the purchase has been made.
I bought two Omni Terminators so far. One is the fibre version, the other one the "normal" Terminator.
I would say it is a really good value for the money, since you get the fibre version for 250,- Euro via Amazon in Germany. Yes, of course, if you're bashing hard, parts can break and so did mine. I needed a new chassis and some parts of the steering. Shipping was quite ok, about 2 weeks. It was shipped from China.
But I also had a warranty case: The steering didn't work properly anymore. Without touching the radio, the car was steering to the right - sometimes more, sometimes less. I sent Rlaarlo a short videoclip and the customer service always answered within one day. First they suggested to do some adjustments at the remote, which didn't help (of course!), but then sent me a new servo. Unfortunately, it wasn't the servo. So I contacted the customer service once more. This time I was sent a new radio and a new receiver, without any shipping costs again. Two weeks later I received the new parts and it turned out that the remote control was defective.
Now, everything works fine again. Thank you!

Now 4time senden quistion on email they dont anwer they even ask if they could get them again i dont know if they can figure out to se the hole massage but helping or answering they cant figure out
I've been running Rlaarlo RCs for a few years now. Their quality always surprises me. My recent truck was the ROG1. For a small truck, it has a premium feeling to it. It's also been able to take a beating for being a small scale monster truck.
Looking forward to what they release next.

The AK917 is An excellent car, handles reslly well & with a few tweaks makes an excellent speed car or car park basher, The ROG1 is my newest car, it has a few teething problems, but overall a great little basher.
The Omni Terminator is by far my favourite Rlaarlo car to date, it's great fun , tough and perfect for every day bashing, not one breakage do far ð
Overall my personal experience with Rlaarlo has been excellant, fantastic RC Company. I'm looking forward to the new Rally car, it looks awesomeð.
I've followed this company for since it started. Producing great quality RC Cars at affordable prices. Yes they made mistakes at the start in their customer service, however have sinced learnt from those mistakes and improved in many areas. I have bought several products from them. Once had a frustrating wait and email exchange with customer service which resulted in several days between responses. However in recent months I have also contacted them and can say they have improved dramatically.
To be clear. They have sent me rc cars to review on my YouTube channels. This post however is based on my personal customer service experience with products I have paid for.
As far as products are concerned. They do their best to improve and rectify problems and mistakes with RC Cars. Listening to early product testers to improve cars before the customers receive them. In comparison, I'm still waiting for a response from an email I sent to WLToys 3 years ago... ð€£
All I hope from Rlaarlo is that they continue to produce good quality cheaper products that has seen this company grow quickly. And of course listen to and help us paying customers quickly and fairly.
