Very prompt service, and he was very conscious of safety. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends. Good quality service who could relay on.

On our return journey, on 7th June, Roy was already waiting for us at arrivals — we didn’t have to wait a moment. Now that’s what I call first-class service. Communication with Roy has been excellent throughout.

We arrived at Manchester after 24 hours of connecting flights to find Roy ready and waiting for us with a friendly smile, plenty of space for all our baggage, and a smooth ride home… excellent service as always!

Absolutely first class experience. From help with bags and support for members of our group, to being really easy to contact when flights were early landing or adjustments were needed.

Roy was efficient and reliable. He arrived on time in a clean, well maintained minibus, and the drive to the airport was smooth and enjoyable. We travelled on a bank holiday in the middle of the night, but Roy was friendly and nothing was too much trouble in his assistance to us.
He messaged me as we arrived back at Manchester Airport, and although there were complications in the airport which delayed us, he waited for us. The drive home was once again smooth and well driven. I highly recommend RM Transfers, and Roy for anyone needing assistance to and from the airport. Excellent service - thankyou!

Great service - fast response to any questions throughout the process. Confirmation the day before for a very early pick up (very reassuring). Roy was happy to pick up / drop off from individual properties which was great as going on a cruise we all had lots of luggage! On the return we were delayed but this was not a problem and he was in touch throughout and waiting for us when we arrived.

Contact was made the day before our trip to the airport and this gave us great confidence. The driver was on time (early in morning) and it was a smooth journey.
Return journey was made easy. Flight was delayed by over an hour and landed in early hours of morning. Driver made contact by text and confirmed exact pick up location. Superb

Excellent service, I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again. Excellent communication from the driver and company both before the travel dates and on the actual dates of travel.

On relatively short notice Roy made our transfer as smooth and effortless as possible. Very fast in responding, clear and understanding! Arrived for our journey well on time and got us to our destination in very good time safely. Even let us connect our own music to the media.

Wouldn’t use anyone else for airport/taxi services, always fantastic service, great communication and nothing is too much trouble (even when our flight times kept changing - nothing was a problem to Roy) thanks again
