Ali’s door to airport service is always on time, helpful with our luggage, clean and well maintained vehicle - w hat more could we ask for? Our first choice always!

Excellent customer service as they kept us updated all the time. Very good communication and easy to use. Taxis were on time with pleasant drivers, ordered and paid online so no hassle. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be using them again.

A great service. Excellent and prompt communication throughout the process. Always a worry when trying someone new to take you to the airport, wondering if they will turn up on time, or at all. But plenty of comms to reassure and remind you before time... And I'm extra grateful they were able to accommodate our last minute change of plan for our return due to flight problems. Again with very prompt confirmation they could handle the change of day. Will definitely use in preference to airport parking in future.

They tell you the colour, make and model of the car, the drivers name that is picking you up. You can contact the driver directly and track them so you know it’s them that has arrived. They are polite, friendly and drive carefully. We chatted with our driver for the whole 40 minute journey. I felt safe with them. Thanks for great service

Xpress taxis were brilliant. When you land at midnight after a long flight, you want your taxi to be there prompt. We only waited 5 mins for them to get to the drop off. Very good service and commication with me throughout.

Taxis turned up early and waited for me to be ready always polite and helpful and reasonably priced too.

The drivers are always punctual, great communication before pickup, and they’re friendly. The cars are clean and their prices are very reasonable. I’ve tried a couple of other taxi companies in Milton Keynes before finding Xpress Taxis, but now I wouldn’t use anyone else!
