Roame helped me find business class to Paris for 60K miles. Surprised at all the negative reviews, but I've had good luck on the annual plan.

Have recommended Roame to all my friends

Application of full of flaws, phantom flights that don't exist and the alerts rarely, if ever work.

Is can work intermittently with the iPhone app. They have not been able to develop an android version nor fix the issues on their on-line site.

I signed up and they charged my cc $65.99 on Nov. 27 but I never received confirmation or further instructions on how to proceed to their app or website despite sending TEN emails and no receiving one word back. If you give them your cc info expect to say good bye to that money. Highly unprofessional and probably a sc....

Sent another today saying: Roame seems very buggy; I've been using it for months and it takes multiple tries to get the input to remain -- for example, I enter "Miami" as "from" and it changes it to "New York". I enter a destination and it searches for an entirely different one that I'd tried searching days earlier.

I'd love to learn if there's a way to set a "Default" for the home airport and for "Business" as service class?

SCAM!!!This app feels like a scam. They promised to send a notification before the 7-day trial ended, but I never received anything. Instead, I was charged for a full year for an app that turned out to be completely useless and didn’t help with anything.

No notice of auto renewal. When I emailed and messaged support through the website about getting a refund due to it being less that 24 hours, I never got a response.

Unfortunately, after doing a trial run of this service on their app and website, I’ve found many glitches and things that just don’t work. I emailed them for help and never received a response even after multiple emails. For an app with so much visibility, the lack of response was shocking.

Living in Canada, I found the info to be less useful. No reminder of automatic renewal with increased price.
