Simply outstanding

I purchased a battery from Roamer a couple of months ago and had an issue where the battery went down to 5%. This was because the parameters in the Victron BMS had not been set correctly .
However after contacting Roamer they immediately advised me what to do and were very patient with me. This sort of customer service is simply outstanding and I can only thank them for all their help. 5 star service and more.

Outstanding support and help when needed

Dear Steve and Team
Following our call to you last week we have now returned from our road trip around Pembrokeshire in our camper and I just wanted to say THANK YOU very much indeed for your help with our battery questions whilst we were on the road. Following your identification of the incorrect setting the battery is now charging up to circa 14v and drops down to circa 13.6v once not charging. This is so much better than what we were getting before and means we can extract more power.
Your help and advice was the difference between our cutting short our trip and being able to continue. It was clear you and the team were determined to help and provide the best possible help and support. It was really appreciated.

Roamer provide an excellent overall service and quality products,they deal with you in a professional and helpful manner, my experience with the team was faultless they made me feel at ease, answering all of my questions and giving me the confidence of knowing I was dealing with a very competent company,I would very highly recommend Roamer and I will only be using this company in the future

75 DAYS of waiting period and 1100€ 

75 DAYS of waiting period and 1100€ money spent before the delivery.
May 20th : date of my order online
August 4th: I Had to grab a uber taxi (20€) to go to UPS to pick up my ROAMER 230 Ah Lithium Battery.
ROAMER site said that orders Will be honoured after June 14th but some shipping problem délayed the delivery to almost 75 Days LATER. No REFUNDS NO DISCOUNT OFFERED for some
Potential extra order for customers who spend 1K€ for battery. Cheers ROAMER’s

After lots of research

After researching many manufacturers/suppliers of lithium leisure batteries...I decided to invest with a high quality product with professional support...Roamer (and the 160SMART4 battery) didn't disappoint me, and I'm confident that I have a safe, reliable battery in my camper van...thank you.

A good service

A really good service e that started with the video call. Then I received the quote with the schematic and that put things into a far better prospective. Received all the items on time and the only fault can I pick on was I did not realise I need the 60amp and 300amp fuses for the Lynx. Minor detail as I ordered them on the Internet although it put me back 2 days. That is only thing stopping a 5 star review.

Just received the battery 😁 looking forward to getting it fitted, thankyou and all your team for the amazing customer service, and updates, I don't give reviews but this time this company i just had to, I'm sure the battery will be an awesome addition to our van, can't wait to give it a try off grid next month with its awesome power.
