had a problem with my lithium battery all sorted now thanks to these guys , awersome as usual, ever since ive had my battery, if i wasn't sure of something ( not even battery related) they are always very helpful.
the service has always been second to none .

Very happy with the product. So much power in such a small space. Way better than our previous AGM battery set up.
Technical, phone call before and after installing the battery was appreciated. I did email a tech question after installation, but haven't seen a reply.

Great communication. Super price for a quality battery . After sales support second to none . This is the second time I have bought a battery from Roamer . The first one was sold with the motorhome . So I needed another one. I had no hesitation in returning to Roamer for my new one . If I have any questions they respond very quickly and also advise on the best course of action . Shipping was fast,No annoying UPS type shenanigans..

I dropped the battery off that was not working correctly and a fast and efficient repair was carried due to me going away in my van.
Great and free service

18 months ago acquired a Roamer 320 Smart3. The team there kept me fully informed of delivery details.

I was able to get some technical support very easily when my BMS app was not providing the right info. Based on the advice my settings were updated and all was well but I was advused a long term solution was to get a BMS flash update which required the battery at the shop. Alas we use the van (and battery) a lot and agreed to pop in whenever we werepassing. So 12 months later the opportunity finally arose and adter short messages we popped in the next day as agreed and sure enough the team were on hand to accept the battery and updated the BMS. An hour later we were off.

The whole team were very supportive, incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly.

Cannot recommend the business, the team and the batteries more highly.
