Robens.de レビュー

Fantastisk telt, er fuldt ud tilfreds.

Clear instructions, product descriptions, delivery and return instructions

I needed some small parts for my tent. The tent I own is excellent quality but through my own fault I ruled the peg bag and lost a small pole. I emailed them and they informed me that they no longer make that tent but still managed to find me the parts I needed and send them to me. Their communication was excellent and the parts arrived quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a more expensive item in future from this company.

Sleep well like a baby

I bought a tent, sleeping bags, a light, a stove, and a pot. Everything works well. That was a test run at a campsite; the next one will be in the true wilderness.

Robens did not send me a receipt for the purchase or the tracking number. Then Parcel Force lost trackof it. I told Robens about it, and they provided the number and I tracked it down.

Unkomplizierter Bestellvorgang und schnelle Lieferung.

Disappointing performance for the price.Feels unreliable in rough weather.

I bought the Robens Chaser 2 LW and regretted it immediately after my first use.

I tested it in strong winds and heavy rain, and the experience was awful. The structural integrity felt completely unreliable, as if the tent was going to collapse at any moment. The main issue is the guylines; they simply don't provide enough tension. The design would be significantly improved with three guyline attachment points instead of just two to ensure a taut, stable pitch that inspires confidence.

At its full retail price, this tent makes no sense at all. When you compare it to competing models from brands like Durston or Nemo at similar price points, Robens falls incredibly short. Those brands are miles ahead in terms of design, stability, and overall quality.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this purchase and will be looking to sell it or return it immediately. I cannot recommend it if you expect to camp in anything less than perfect weather.

The ordering process was simple / efficient- products came in good time and well packaged

Het product is fantastisch de levering duurde alleen iets langer dan beloofd maar het was wel het wachten waard

From ordering off the website to delivery was just how it should be, no hassle and good information. Great products from a trusted name.
