Great product and excellent service

My wooden scaffold board bath tray is just the ticket and just what I wanted, it's lovely. I have put a plant on one end and a candle on the other and it holds my ipad in the middle so I can catch up with the news or watch a TV show or film in the bath, pure indulgence. I also caught my husband using it the other day to watch the snooker whilst he had a soak! Really pleased, lovely item.

Easy to order - I asked a few questions prior to ordering and all my queries were promptly answered. I was kept updated with when my bench would be ready for delivery and then contacted by the delivery agent to let me know a date and approximate time of delivery. Superb service. The bench looks fantastic.

The customer service was incredible. We had some shipping issues and everything was resolved and exceeded our expectations.

Really helpful, my sample arrive on time. Yet to place my order but I definitely will and the samples helped make that decision.

Needed a bed headboard to match our existing furniture. Robert Rose provided us with several custom wood sample finishes to choose from. Very pleased with the headboard which matches well. Good customer service from Stuart.

I stumbled across Robert Rose in my search for a wooden room divider. Although normally these are made from recycled scaffolding planks, I suggested walnut planks instead. Having submitted early sketches, Stuart was able to transform these into a perfectly proportioned CAD image. Next phase was the build, delivery and assembly. Baring in mind the height of the room was 3.15m this was no simple instillation. There were a few minor issues that annoyed my builder rather than me but in the end I was over the moon with the divider. On a final note, the small issues I raised have been resolved completely. A very satisfied customer.

We ordered a whisky barrel chair as a gift for a family member, we are so happy with our purchase, beautiful unique piece of furniture which is a real talking point. We chose a personalised design for the seat which Stuart was happy to discuss and add, it looks great. The customer service is exceptional, prompt replies, delivered as agreed.
