Thank you for your review.

I'm sincerely sorry for the experience with your watch, and any inconvenience it may have caused. If you bought the Berkeley 26, that is our smallest watch with a diameter of 26 mm (2,6 cm). I am sorry if it seemed larger in the pictures displayed online. Regarding the oxidation, this should not occur, due to the fact that the mesh strap is made of 316L stainless steel. As for the warranty and watch information guide, there is always a book attached in the "drawer" of each watch box. Please make sure that you open it, if you haven't. If it by any means was missing from the watch box, I apologize for this and will make sure that we send you one in digital/paper format.

However, I cannot find your order in our systems. If you made the order with us, please send an email to info@robhayes.co together with your receipt/order number, and I'll make sure to help you resolve this situation with a repair/refund/exchange.

If you made the purchase anywhere else, make sure to reach out to them and they will take care of you.

This is the first time I hear that one of our watches is in this condition after a year of use, and would love to get this watch back to us for further investigation and in order to offer you an exchange or return. I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm not sure I can find any order with your name in our systems. Are you sure that you made an order with us, and not another company? If yes, please email me as soon as possible at info@robhayes.co and I will look into the situation.

As for the glass, we use Swiss sapphire glass that doesn't scratch. As for the movement, we use the Ronda 762 normtech caliber movement that has been used widely in high-end brands for decades and is known for its accuracy and robustness.

Nonetheless, if you did order from us, please get back to me ASAP so I can look into the situation. Thank you.
