Good customer service
There was an issue with the first shipping of the watch and it was stolen. I have emailed the company and they have sent me a new watch right away. I was a little fustrated because there was no direct phone number but everything was figured out through email and it was one of the best customer service!

Satisfied with the delivery
I received the "Rose Gold/White Yosemite" about two months ago. The watch was sent with its solid wooden box. What an experience to unbox it! I am positively surprised about the quality, not to mention the quick delivery.
Definitely recommend it. 5/5

Berkeley 38 Black/Black
I got my Rob Hayes Berkeley 38 Black/Black about 8 months ago and it has hardly left my wrist. I got the both the plaster and cognac leather straps and both look beautiful with the black face. The watch face still looks brand new out of the box even with how much I wear it. I have had several experiences with their customer service representatives regarding questions and they have gone above and beyond each and every time. I have recommended them to multiple friends and I am preparing to purchase another watch as a gift for my girlfriend. 11/10 would recommend!

I love the material, the way it fits, and the durability I was hit by a have block of wood on the watch wrist band(stainless steel one) and on the (real, i checked it no mineral real saphire) spahire glass not even a scratsh!

A watch that exceeds your expectation
First time i buy a watch online and can honestly say that I'm positively surprised about how fast the watch arrived to me and exceeded my hopes. It was love at first sight, the unboxing of the watch was a pleasure and it genuinely felt like a super premium watch . I saw that I received exactly what I had ordered and it looked exactly as in the pictures online. If the watch's function meets my expectations as the look and feel of it has I will probably order one for my father on his 50th.
