I cannot rate this company highly enough. From beginning to end I was offered total support and kept informed of each development at every stage.
House moving is stressful for everyone but the staff at Robinson Reade took the extra time & effort to make things as easy as possible. I felt in very capable & professional hands throughout the process & would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for all your hard work in bringing everything to a successful conclusion.

Robinson Reade is a small, independent, professional, company
with integrity .A joyous company to have dealings with. From the onset I was continually kept up to date with an evolving, complicated, situation over many months. Boy, did that team of lively, capable women work their socks off for this sale. Big shout out to Donetta who spent hours sorting out tricky, complex, questions for the sale to eventually be completed. Also special thanks to Jane E and Emma W.

Robinson Reade sold our flat very quickly. Good marketing material and a video was used to help. Once we received an offer, Robinson Reade chased everything and kept their finger on the pulse throughout the whole process. Special mention to Donetta, who took the time to go through lots of paperwork with me and explain everything and helped me collate everything that our solicitor needed.

Robinson Reade sold my house for me in Locks Heath. The whole team were outstanding & continually kept me up to date at all times.
They set up a "WhatsApp" group for my property which was a brilliant idea, as we were all able to use it at any time. It let me know of viewings (as well as receiving emails), instant feedback on a viewing, I could ask questions & I got instant replies - I thought it was amazing & so useful for me as the seller.
The tracking once I had sold was first class.
I truly can't fault this agent & I am extremely fussy!!!

When the property became available they were able to accommodate me straight away.

They've been nothing less than absolutely amazing during the entire purchasing process. Any questions/concerns I had they immediately answered and helped with the whole first time buying process - To the point where most of the time they were calling me to make sure I'm up to date with everything that passes through them.

Robinson Reade have been managing a rental property on our behalf for years and they are exceptional. They keep us well informed of any issues, either with the tenants, updated legislation or general rental guidelines and take the necessary action to ensure all continues to run smoothly. The process of finding new tenants is always efficient and professional with excellent communication throughout. Emma is always very helpful and we would highly recommend Emma and the wider Robinson Reade team to manage and sell properties without hesitation.

We reported a fault using the Robinson Reade platform, which was very user friendly. We had a very prompt response and were kept in communication and up to date at all times, our replacement device was delivered quickly. No complaints at all!

First introduction was when Molly showed us around a local property. We were immediately struck by her friendly, informative approach. She was knowledgeable without being pushy, or giving the impression that we were getting the usual 'flannel'! Subsequent contact with Molly ( who has kept in regular contact), and Jane, has been positive and encouraging. Visits to the office also demonstrate the openness and welcoming attitude of all staff. We feel listened to, and supported, even at this early stage.

From day 1 Jane and Donetta were fantastic, they communicated very clearly and regularly, managed the process fantastically and were always available to answer any questions and also sold the property very quickly.

I have dealt with numerous estate agents and would without doubt say they have been the best by a very long way.

Huge thanks to Emma in sales and Donetta who managed the sale. I can't recommend Robinson Reade highly enough. I viewed a lot of properties with other agents and they were next to useless. Turning up without keys, not having any of the information I needed. I'm not sure how you can sell a property without knowing basic details like parking and service charges. But Robinson Reade were a breath of fresh air, they actually called me immediately when a property I was interested in became available (I had contacted them only once and left my details with them months before). Emma was at the property for the viewing early to greet me, I had a lot of questions and she had ALL the answers. Prepared in every way. Thats how you sell a property. Once an offer had been accepted, Donetta arranged everything, sorted all of the paperwork, explained everything very clearly and made sure myself and the vendor knew exactly what was happening, and when. Communication and customer service were perfect. I never had to chase Robinson Reade to do anything, they were always on top of everything, from first contact to handing over the keys. If you have a property to sell - choose Robinson Reade. If you are looking to buy, you better hope the seller of your dream home chose Robinson Reade :)
