We have known about Robinson Reade for a while now, and decided to use them to sell our property.

We loved the video of the property, created by Jane.

Every action done by RR has been done with a jovial and friendly attitude.

When a problem occurred further back in the chain, I visited the main branch to find Donetta actually on the phone, trying to chase up various people, to gain a resolution to the issue.

Nothing has been too much trouble for them!

Excellent service from start to finish. They kept me fully informed along the way and worked very hard to ensure a successful sale.

Robinson Reade have been fantastic throughout the whole process of our move. Communication has been prompt, and they were always there to answer any queries or questions. In particular, Donnetta has been outstanding at keeping us informed, reassured and up to date. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!

A special feature of the staff at Robinson Reade is that that it is a real team effort within which they have a brilliant communications system. It seems that whenever I ring, if my main point of contact is not available, whoever answers the phone knows the detail and can answer my enquiry to my satisfaction.

This estate agent left us with toilets leaking through ceilings, filthy conditions, fencing down, burst pipe with no emergency numbers, mouldy internal walls, bathroom floor falling through and told us to leave straight away with no alternative.

All members of the Robinson Reade team were really understanding with us where we were unexperienced first time buyers. The 2 people (Phillippa and Sharyn) that showed us around the property were really positive and upbeat and answered questions we had. That then leads us onto Donetta, the lady that dealt with the purchase. She was amazing from start to finish, always brightening up your day whenever you had a phone call with her and would always answer any questions we had. She went far and beyond to get the purchase completed in good timing and did everything she could to help us. We would absolutely have dealings with Robinson Reade again.
