Hi! Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it 🙂. As our customers are mainly NHS Primary Care such as GP Surgeries, our website is tailored more to commercial organisations with our Ex. VAT pricing. However, we've tried to help public consumers by adding an "Inc. VAT" toggle for people who prefer to view pricing including VAT - we'll look into making this more accessible though ❤ ~Emma

The shipping was so fast, but engraving is so bad!
The shipping was so fast, the stethoscope is as perfect as advertised. Only the engraving was honestly bad, I can hardly see my name only because I know that it's there!!

Customer Service that should have 10 Stars
I ordered two items, both ought to have been delivered on the same day unfortunately the more important of the two items didn’t arrive at the same time. I called Rocialle, who were particularly helpful and extremely pro-active in resolving the issue. My understanding is that the more important item, a Braun Thermoscan 7 wasn’t picked from the warehouse for delivery. I had emphasised to Rocialle that it was imperative that the unit was delivered prior to my 93 year old mother in law, being discharged from hospital following a bout of Sepsis. The unit eventually arrived at the depot in Glenrothes and I drove from Perth to collect it - this caused me a lot of rearranging in my day - on my way back from the depot I received a phone call from Vicky at Rocialle, informing me that due to the unacceptable hassle I’d experienced, it had been decided to refund me in full for the order. I can’t thank Rocialle enough, this was an extremely generous gesture of goodwill and totally unexpected - Vicky and the rest of the team certainly know what customer satisfaction is and if I could award them 10 stars I most certainly would.
Thank you Rocialle, you were quite amazing, a gesture I shall never forget!
