The shipping was so fast, the stethoscope is as perfect as advertised. Only the engraving was honestly bad, I can hardly see my name only because I know that it's there!!

Customer Service at it's best
Ordered a Smart One Oxi from Rocialle. The whole order process was good, unfortunately there was a problem with the courier/delivery.
The team at Rocialle were fantastic, I was able to contact someone immediately, which is a rare thing these days. Not only that, I was able to speak with a Rocialle employee (not a call centre "somewhere"!). They resolved the issue very promptly and I received delivery within a day.
Overall I am really impressed and I do not hold them responsible for issue caused by the courier. Sometimes things are beyond "our" control, what is important is how the issue is dealt with. In my opinion this was professional and expedient.
Thank you Team Rocialle, Customer Service at it's best. I couldn't recommend you highly enough.

Amazing customer service! Would recommend
Amazing customer service. Firstly they had the colour stethoscope that I wanted that was sold out everyway else. I was so happy with it when it came, along with the engraving.
Unfortunately I did have an issue with the delivery, which i was informed was an outside company. However the customer service I received from Vicky was second to none, I left a message on the online chat expecting it to be days before I heard anything, this was not the case all communication was quick and timely, I was even called to check that I was happy and to investigate my delivery issue. Honestly the team was second to none! I will be using again if I ever need anything else!
100% would and have recommended.
