If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been hands down one of the worst online shopping experiences Iâve ever had, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to avoid Rock & Roll Denim at all costs. I placed an order several weeks agoâpaid in full, received the confirmation email, and was excited to receive what looked like high-quality, stylish Western wear. Unfortunately, thatâs where the positives end.
The package NEVER ARRIVED.
At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Shipping delays happen, and I know that sometimes carriers misplace things. But after days turned into weeks, and I still hadnât received my package or any update, I decided to reach out to their customer service team. Big mistake.
The customer service experience has been absolutely abysmal. Not only are they slow to respondâtaking multiple days, sometimes even over a week, to get back to meâbut when they do respond, they are completely unhelpful and dismissive. I explained that I never received my order and asked for assistance filing a claim with the shipping carrier or having a replacement sent. I provided everything they could possibly need: my order number, tracking information, screenshots of the delivery status (which, by the way, showed it was never delivered), and even a statement from the carrier.
They essentially shrugged it off.
They told me it wasn't their responsibility to help with shipping issuesâeven though THEY chose the carrier and THEY took my money. I have worked with many online retailers over the years, and even when things have gone wrong, most of them are more than willing to help resolve the issue. Not Rock & Roll Denim. They flat-out refused to file a claim with the carrier on my behalf. They refused to send a replacement item. They refused to issue a refund. It felt like once they had my money, they completely washed their hands of any accountability.
What kind of company treats paying customers this way? Their lack of professionalism and empathy is staggering. It's clear they have no systems in place for resolving lost or undelivered packages, and they seem to have no interest in keeping their customers satisfied once the transaction is complete. Itâs almost like they rely on people just giving up and eating the lossâand judging by other reviews Iâve since read, Iâm not the only one this has happened to.
To add insult to injury, I found their communication style to be passive-aggressive and unapologetic. I wasnât even asking for anything unreasonableâjust help resolving an order I paid for and never received. Instead, I was met with indifference and vague, repetitive answers that went nowhere.
BOTTOM LINE: Rock & Roll Denim does not stand by their customers or their shipping process. Their customer service is completely useless, and their policies seem designed to avoid responsibility at every turn. Iâve lost money and gained nothing but frustration. I will never shop here again, and Iâll be warning everyone I know to avoid them as well. If you value your time, money, or sanityâspend it elsewhere.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about customer satisfaction in the slightest.
