I have been trying to book a stay and after several attempts NOT a single one went through. Tried different credit cards, multiple devices and internet connections, I even tried changing hotels/location, but nothing worked.

ZERO STARS. Absolutely the worst customer service. When placing several hotel reservations over the last four months, I took advantage of additional miles for additional cost. The first two bonus miles posted fine. The next seven have yet to post. Eventually they error out. I call. They get reset. And error out again. I have called perhaps 10 times over the last three months. I'm told the same story: we have escalated this problem, this is a known issue, it should be fixed in one to two weeks. Today I reached my breaking point. I'm calling my credit card company and disputing all seven charges. If they are continuing to sell this bonus option, knowing they cannot award the miles, this constitutes FRAUD.
If you must use Rocketmiles, please DO NOT purchase the bonus miles. The base miles are good enough and post within a week. Still slow, but at least consistent and without intervention.

Cannot book with Rocketmiles
Experienced the same issue as many others on booking with Rocketmiles - I have tried to book a hotel for a stay in Singapore but no matter which hotel I select, the systems will say there is an error in completing the booking. Upon emailing them, same reply as others telling me to book direct with the hotels and no estimated time to resolve technical issues related to the platform. Was told it was a universal issue. Wonder why even have the booking website up when you cannot book!?

Not surprised that American Airlines has chosen to partner with a company with very poor customer service and website functionality. As others before have mentioned, my transactions never work. They are able to charge my card for their service, but not once have they been able to complete a transaction. Emailed, and received same replies as mention above. Hey, don't use our service if it doesn't work, you can book directly with the hotel. Hmmm. Leaving money on the table, rocket miles.

Rocketmiles don't even deserve 1 star. I am unable to redeem Advantage miles for a hotel booking and their customer support is useless. After emailing multiple times and spending hours on the phone, they just blame it on a technical error and suggest to book directly with the hotel, which defeats the whole purpose of using their service. Their customer support is atrocious. They put you on hold for hours and never resolve the problem.

Terrible experience. I have been trying to book with Rocketmiles with no success. It constantly gives an error. I called and emailed several times and got nowhere. I have been told to book directly with the hotel. The reason I wanted to use Rocketmiles is to get aa rewards. Yes I am aware that I can book directly. No one is trying to help , they have been telling me itâs a technical error. No one is willing to help in any way. Pathetic and very unprofessional. If I could give zero star rating I would.

I've been unable to complete a single reservation with RocketMiles due to a constant technical error reported on their site. I've called and emailed multiple times, and I'm always told that I should book directly with the hotel. I would be happy to book directly, but the entire reason to use RocketMiles is to earn AAdvantage Loyalty Points/miles for my bookings.
The service provided by RocketMiles is terrible, with no updates or any willingness to escalate my problem.

Honestly, this story is just sad. My girlfriend and I booked a hotel through t mobile on t mobile Tuesday. We received a confirmation email 2 days before we arrived to the hotel. Then, upon arrival, the hotel told us they had been booked for months and someone should have called us to let us know what hotel they were relocating us to. Nobody did. After calling t mobile, they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Then I called Priceline (they are partnered for travel) and they told me they had no idea what I was talking about. Then I called this little company at the bottom of the confirmation email, rocket travel. Rocket travel finally had our reservation details, and made us wait 2 hours to hear back from them about relocation. During this time, I called several hotels in the same area and finally found one with two rooms available for only a $50 difference. I quickly called them and asked to be put in that hotel and said I would just pay the difference. When they finally called back, they tried to put us in a cheaper hotel over 3 miles away....in New Orleans....on st Patrickâs day. Have you ever been to bourbon street on st Patrickâs day? Itâs insane. Since the whole point of the TWO hotels we chose was to be within walking distance, I declined and told them we needed to be closer. I then waited on hold for OVER AN HOUR before the guy came back and told me that the company they subcontract through, Agoda, REFUSED TO PROVIDE ANOTHER OPTION. They told me they did everything they could to address my concerns, even though I found them a hotel to switch us to and basically did their job for them. Their proposed solution? Give me a refund and call it even. So, I had driven 7 hours, paid roughly $600 for a hotel I couldnât stay at, spent several hours on the phone talking to various companies trying to get help, and the ultimate solution was to give me my money back and leave me in New Orleans with nowhere to stay. To say Iâm upset is an understatement. This was supposed to be a special trip for my girlfriend and I (I had planned a proposal) and the entire trip was ruined. We ended up paying another $600 for a different hotel that price gouged us due to the late notice and we were given a disgusting, dirty, 10 by 10 jail cell to stay in. Also, by the time we got a room we were so hungry so we stopped at a place right outside the hotel to eat....my girlfriend ended up getting food poisoning and throwing up/violently having bowel movements for the next 12 hours. Thank you t mobile, Priceline, rocket travel, and Agoda for the trip of a lifetime and one I will surely never forget. I am going to post this review on every website and social media platform I can find until one of you address this situation. We have also started pricing out other phone carriers because your companies are pathetic. You can fix it, or lose a loyal customer of over 10 years. Up to you.

Update: I got all the miles. You need just to send alot of mailes and reviews, and you need to use alot of time on that. at the end you will get your miles. For Turkishairlines members, your will not be allowed to use this miles as a status miles. i paid 3000 USD for å hotel to get 52000 miles to upgrade my membership but Turkish Airlines informed that this is not status miles. Rocketmiles is a fraud of a company. The service they allegedly provide is travel booking, however, ever since AAdvantage switched their hotel reward travel booking to this third party, the solution has been inaccessible. For 6 months, the platform is having "technical problems" and their customer service agents tell you book directly with the hotel (and forget your reward miles!). They never have a status update on the technical problem and their reps can never transfer you to a Supervisor so you stay in the dark. Don't waste your time like I have and don't even bother trying to use their platform.

Please avoid this company at all costs. I booked more expensive stays labelled "rapid earnings - miles credited within 48 hours". They owe me 16.000 skyward miles for 4 stays and keep answering that I will get them in 6 to 8 weeks! Pretending that those post automatically and there is no possibility for a human being to adjust them. Pure lie because I have lodged 4 missing miles complaints in the past two months and someone was able to adjust them. I think I have an incompetent lazy customer service rep that replied to the messages.
In any case - it is unethical to charge higher rates promising to deliver a product (crediting miles in this case) that is not delivered. It's a shame really because a business idea is great. Somebody who spends 150 nights on a road could have earned a good amount of miles.

Poor customer service from Rocketmiles through Emirates.
Me and my partner have made bookings via our Emirates skywards app for hotels point's have been deducted but no confirmation email has been sent from rocket miles who I have been informed by Emirates run the hotel bookings have sent number of emails to rocket miles but no response confirmation codes for bookings are as follows EBHAQ8U5 and EBD2E8B6 after receiving confirmation from Rocketmiles still having problem's with hotels now stating that we don't take bookings from Rocketmiles or Emirates and to pay when I check in at hotel.

My husband and I booked through Rocketmiles back in October 2021. My husband saw an ad, and we thought it would be cool to use so my husband can get PlayStation/Sony points per the ad. Our booking started off already stressful as they basically charged our card twice and their reps told us they didnât know what it was and to check with hotel. Hotel said that it wasnât them that it was Rocketmiles. Then after our stay was over we waited for the points to hit, then NOTHING. My husband has been emailing them back and forth for 2 going on 3 months for the points. Finally today they basically said there was no points (5,000 they said) to be given because the select hotel doesnât participate in it for the first stay. Some BS. They promised 2,000 points when we booked through Rocketmiles. Rocketmiles is a complete mess. They seem friendly at first but then you realize that they are running their company with incompetency and false advertising. We DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the headache.

terrible customer service. been trying to use AA miles for weeks to book hotels and car rentals, and it will not allow me. so basically i have 500K miles trapped in la la land unable to be used. they just keep telling me they are working on the issue, but have no time frame to resolve. Miles being held for months
I have been trying to use my EARNED miles from AA Advantage program to book a hotel for two months now. The hotel availability is showing and the platform will let you go all the way to the end and confirm reservation but will lastly pop up a message asking to contact customer service. I did that three times and always get a cold message saying that IT is fixing the issue and that it should be good to go in up to 72h. I had to pay for hotels in order not to cancel trips while having MY miles sitting with RocketMiles for months now. Feeling scammed as I signed up for a new AA card that had 100K miles on for new accounts after 3 months spending 5K US dollars. They took my money and now won't release the miles. AA please do something as this company Rocketmiles doesn't care.

Hotel bookings won't complete
We've been trying to book a hotel with our Alaska Airmiles (managed by Rocketmiles) for 2 weeks and all we get is a message saying, "Sorry. We're unable to complete this booking at this time please contact...". So I call the number several times and get the same information. There's a technical problem with some Canadian accounts and they (Rocketmiles) are working on it. Seriously, how can it take weeks to resolve a technical problem with your online booking system for a large company?! I'm not able to complete my holiday booking (so far only flights, but not hotels!) and have waited patiently with no updates on when this will be resolved. Initially I was told 72 hours. Now over 2 weeks with no word. It feels like our money (points) has been frozen and we've spent years saving these points to go on a family holiday. Alaska needs to find a new company to manage their points reservations if this is the level of service provided with no communication offered.
