Having spoken with a number of brokers, I was beginning to become a little disheartened.
I came across a couple of positive reviews for RockHopper and contacted David Rostrom directly.
David immediately put me at ease and gave me the impression that I was speaking with someone who had a knowledge of the process, as opposed to just relying on information that was on a screen in front of him.

Rockhopper were knowlegable and were able to get be a good mortgage, where other normal mortgage companies could not help. They had a good systems to help progress the application and it was easy.

We've just completed on our new home and its all thanks to Rockhopper. Our circumstances are not the norm as we both work freelance overseas earning in Euros. Being self employed reduces the number of lenders and also earning in Euros even more so! David took time to understand our situation and what we needed. We were happy to pay a £500 deposit because if they didn’t get us a mortgage then we would be refunded. We worked with both David and Alex throughout the process and both have been very quick to respond, understanding and professional.
