Helpful service. Lovely instruments. Held the instrument for us until we arrived. All round good experience.

I went to KBB to get Audio mixer and microphone and cables. I spoke to the guy what I wanted to buy.
They didn't have in stock. They checked in the warehouse, it was only 1 showing in stock.
I was told it would take long time to find out if there is 1. So I asked them to get microphone from another store, which took 2 weeks.
In meantime I put order through online. It accepted my order transaction gone through, payment gone through.
I received email regarding shipping.
Then, nothing. No further action or information about the order received from anyone.
So, I sent email with my details.
The big man from warehouse said, we don't have the product. We can provide refund.
I really wanted to get what I paid for but I wasn't offered another mixer same price, since it was there mistake.
I was only offered $30 off that product.
I wasn't really happy about the whole experience.
I asked for full refund , which was given to me in few days.
Not impressed at all.

Frank was super helpful and took the time to listen to what I needed and provided me invaluable advice. Fantastic experience. Thank you.

Richard was welcoming with a wealth of knowledge. Asked questions and selected a range of guitars fir me to play. I enjoyed the experience and came back to play their Guild OM-140CE a second time. This confirmed my selection and I've loved the guitar every since, as have friends who given the Guild a strum.

I guess contributing factors towards a great experience have been the importance of building and maintaining good relationships with shop staff.

I had a difficult situation one time and I decided to engage in discussion with managers during lunch and away from the shop. From those not so good experiences which can only get better and it has..
If I am liaising on behalf of the schools / kids i certainly do best I can manage for the kids.. especially in schools that I am helping working alongside low decile - the poor school … poverty is real and so too is the struggle. And while I understand this is business and none of this $$ comes back to the community best I can hope for get the kids access to gear and reason best we can… so yeah relationships is very important eh..

Click and collect - efficient good communication

Hi there, I ordered a pedal which had to come from another store, as soon as it arrived, I was phoned to arrange collection.
The service was great and the item was securely wrapped.

Service was exceptional, purchased my Guitar from the Cuba Street Wgtn branch. They had a nice private room where I could compare makes, no pressure from Staff and they were friendly and helpful. Have shopped there again for other products. Nice shop!

Rockshop order processing is always fast and straight forward.
