The most honest and professional movers that I've ever hired. Highly recommend these guys!

After my first mover was having issues, Rockstar was able to pick up my stuff and transport it to me across state lines, and at a fantastic rate by coupling my move with another on their route.
They also helped me find an automotive transport for my car.
Great customer service resulted in a quick and painless process.

We where moving from San Francisco to San Diego and chose Rockstar Pro Movers as the most feasible choice compare to other companies. My wife stayed in San Francisco to supervise guys as they were picking up our belongings, while I was arranging things in San Diego. I have to point out that my primary concern was her safety as she was with our baby daughter as well. I am glad to say that movers where polite and professional, followed her directions no questions asked. Concerning the actual job they have wrapped everything in to blankets and used clear tape on top for better protection. She asked them to pack fragile things and electronic, they also did a good job although we had to pay extra for boxes and packing supplies they have provided. The driver and another mover that was present at pickup in San Francisco arrived in San Diego and unloaded the whole truck in to the house very quickly. Have to thank the guys for proper and stress free relocation. Will highly recommend Rockstar Pro Movers to everyone.

Exactly a year after I moved I had to move again. It was like someone was timing me and said, "That's enough comfort - let's move her again." I had a great experience with the movers a year ago but no, I had to see if there was a better deal. Well in steps Rockstar Pro Movers. It sounded like a good deal but not in the end. Their movers were slow, so slow they were looking at their phone while slowing walking back to the house. It ended up double the time and cost as the previous year. Yep! Double!! They wrapped items with so much tape that I had to cut off several sides to get it all off. Oh, did you catch that - I had to unwrap it. Talking about wrapping, they used moving blankets to wrap my diningroom chairs. I thought that was thoughtful until they told me everything was stacked and the blankets were to remain with me (in storage) and I had to buy them!!! I could go on and on but you get the picture. Next time I will definately be using the previous movers. I obviously do not recommend this company. They'll take advantage of you.

Relocating to another town is stressful, but thanks to these guys at least the moving part went trough smoothly.

Moved recently from 2 bedroom apartment to 2 bedroom apartment both on 3rd floor.

Took longer than I expected, but Rashid explained what to expect in advance.

Good thing nothing was damaged. Movers worked their butts off and we tipped them very well.

They did wear masks.

If we have to move again, which I don’t really want to do for a long time, I would definitely call Rockstars and ask for Jakes crew again.

When I moved into my apartment I moved 3 beds, a computer stand, 3 drrssers, chairs & one tv ftom upstairs. 3 tvs, couch, loveseat, two end tables, a kitchen table, pots/pans & other kitchen items. Everything went AMAZING! when I moved out of the apt I only moved 3tvs, 3 beds, pots/pans & kitchen items hut it took twice as long and cost me twice as much. I do not understand how that happened. Very upsetting & disappointing 😞 😔

Horrible experience. We were moving from one 3 bed/2 bath house, into another about 3 miles away. They took the entire day (our previous move took 4 hours and we had everything packed into uniform sized stackable plastic bins), didn't finish the job (leaving 15% of my stuff on the lawn at the old house, suggesting they'd come back tomorrow to finish), I had to physically be involved in moving the upright piano as their 3 man crew (was promised 4 men) couldn't manage it on their own. And yes, they were made aware when booked that there was a piano. They damaged my television, credenza, master bed night stands, and broke a desk. After finishing the job on DAY TWO, the crew had the audacity to ask for gratuity. We had pre-paid 15% of labour costs as gratuity at booking. I would NOT recommend.
