Plants come very quickly in incredibly good condition. I can't say enough about the quality of their plants, and their quick delivery. A+++-+

The plant was excellent but shipping…
The plant was excellent but shipping was horrible. It spent almost 3 days in New Stanton PA and 4 days in Benwood WV, less than 10 minutes from my house. It arrived in Benwood WV on the Friday evening before memorial day weekend and should have been delivered the next day but wasn't. Luckily, it was still moist and didn't dry out completely. I spoke with a customer service representative by email and she was excellent. It's not your fault UPS dropped the ball on delivery.

Quality Rhododendron
My rhododendron arrived quickly and packed very well, to avoid damage in shipping. The buds are about ready to bloom.

Fast delivery + healthy plants = happy customer :)
The package arrived promptly within about 4 days, even though there was a serious winter storm affecting the shipping route. I was pleasantly surprised since it travelled from Oregon to Georgia in only 4 days. The plants arrived in excellent condition and are perfectly healthy. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Excellent product and excellent service
Excellent product and excellent service. The people at Rocky Knoll watched the weather and cleverly sent a beautiful rhododendron during a mild week that was between two unusually late, severe arctic incursions. It arrived fine. Beautiful plant.

Great quality and service

I ordered two Tangelo Azalea
I ordered two Tangelo Azalea. It came in a very good condition. I’ve been looking for this tangelo (orange) color for quite a while and finally found it at Rocky Knoll Farm. Worth to buy from this vendor selling plants with reasonable price. Very happy.
