I was only supposed to be charged $39…
I was only supposed to be charged $39 one time for a doctor consult after getting off the phone they had charged my card $329 after calling and trying to get my money back four days. I called back yesterday and they changed your number or it was disconnected. I am very displeased with this service and this is fraud. I would not trust them or refer them to anyone.

1 star rating is not low enough
1 star rating is not low enough. I got ripped off close over $1500, charges which are not mine. A credit card I rarely use was charged this amount. Because I don't check this credit card, had no idea I was being charged. Had to cancel the credit card. This was not approved by me. Apparently for weight loss meds? I weigh 110 lbs. I've never received anything or I would have caught it sooner. My bank can only dispute charges back 2 cycles, so I lost a lot of money.

Received NOTHING FOR $135,00 & 39.0
I was charged $39 initial membership but I never received anything and then I had a recurring charge for $135 which they refuse to give you back even though you’ve received absolutely nothing from this company. This is Highway robbery. It’s bad business no one should ever give this company any business. It’s nothing but Fraud.
I just got off the phone with them and they’re saying that they will not refund me anything. It’s all part of the conditions of the membership and it’s a bunch of bullshit. This is robbery even extortion. I’m out $200 for no good reason I hate pharmaceutical companies even more now.

Misleading ad
Misleading ad. I paid the $39 as it was advertised it was the cost of medication. After the intake questions, I was invoiced $199, which I did not authorize. When trying to cancel the transaction I was told to go account, than membership to cancel, but there is no way to do this!! I was also told since I didn't order I could ask for a refund but again, there is no way to get into the account without authorizing the $199 payment. Complete scam! I will now have to call my bank and report the charge.

I wish there was a negative star on…
I wish there was a negative star on this as this is a terrible company to work with. I called and cancelled 3 months ago and they have continued to charge me without sending medication.
Then when you call they say: oh, you cancelled the medicine but not your membership. Hogwash, why would I call and tell them I do not wish to do business with them anymore and continue my membership??
Poor, poor customer service and an even worse company to deal with.
To add: roen did respond saying they wanted to work with me personally to solve this issue. Well, true to their approach with everything they do: no response to me personally. All they want to do is "appear" that they are concerned with a customer when I'm fact, all they are interested in doing is scamming you and I out of our money.
Well, it's been a week since Roenrx said in their comments that they "look forward to talking with me to resolve this issue". Yeah, still nothing from this company in reaching out to me.
Do not, do not do business with this company unless you like being scammed.
Once again, this company says: "you must not have received the email we sent you". They are correct, I sure didn't! Then they said we will send another. Yep, no email from them. I have checked my junk mail, every folder it may have gone to and yet, no email.
Do not trust this company!

Over priced
Over priced , plus they charge membership and medication fees . The member price doesn't include meds , its just for being a member . And the Low low price is once and back to paying the normal price ......Update post .......not only did I cancel but they took the 199.00 for meds and didn't deliver

The membership provides access to a medical provider, Care Team support, treatment guidance, nutrition resources, and prescription support. Joined 4 months ago. After 60 days they still didn't ship my prescription. The cancel feature on the site doesnt work. Customer support is just AI delivering canned delay answers. They kept billing my card without shipping anything ever. Ended up having to cancel my bank card, putting a block with my bank and filing a police report because they kept trying to bill me. As of today they attempted again to charge my card $199 for the monthly subscription and $135 for the medication - AGAIN - have never received anything from them. RoenRX couldn't be a worse company to deal with. Use this company at your own risk. You have been warned.
**after posting this complaint, they replied asking for me to speak with them. The idea that after 90 days at this point of back and forth telling them the same thing I posted here that now they want to help is laughable. I type this as I’m literally at my bank filing fraud claims since the charges on hold passed yet again.

Fraud
I canceled my subscription last month and had several emails stating that I canceled. I never spoke with anyone concerning what medication I was taking and all of a sudden $199 was taken out of my bank account and I was shipped medication that I never ordered or could use. When I spoke with customer service I was told that the pharmacy had processed the prescription but I would not receive anything else. Fast forward to this month, I have received emails stating to reactivate my membership to receive meds, etc and I never responded. Checked my bank account this morning and another $199 was taken from my account. I called yet again this morning and asked why I was charged since my membership was canceled and I was told my prescription had be sent to the pharmacy. I have asked for a refund and I am sure just like last month, I will be told that since the pharmacy had received the order that nothing can be done. I am printing all of my emails showing where I would not be charged and reporting fraud. I highly recommend not using this company!!!
