Details are awesome but everything breaks easily. I may not buy much again.

I always enjoy my ROKR kits. My only problem is I am running out of space to display them. They are always a quality product with everything you need to complete the task. Great for maintaining my fine motor skills.

I love the intricacy of the design. It is challenging and fun to assemble.

The details of the model are impressive and the instructions were easy to understand it was pleasure to construct and beautiful addiction to my collection

The ordering process was smooth.
The quality of the build was excellent.
The finished product works beautifully and is really cool!
I plan to order other items as finances allow.

Horrible experience. The models and condcept seem so cool, but the wood is flimsy and the assembly requires way too much force.

While inserting one of the plastic rings on a metal pin, I had to apply so much force that shot through and the metal pin actually PIERCED my thumb. Threw it away.

My daughter bought me a ST003 Luminous Globe for Christmas,very flimsy material breaks very easy assembly instructions very poor,you can access a video which shows a different method to instructions,in short after numerous attempts to assemble and numerous of parts breaking have given up,all look very nice on display but a nightmare to assemble (Have so far emailed ROKR twice and awaiting further response)Still awaiting response refused point blank to replace did not order direct from them bought at a shop (so take it back😡😡)not much hope there as daughter bought October for Xmas present

I ordered a product from ROKR (rokronline.com) for $85. (order number ROKR99736 Electric Gramophone)
The website clearly states a 5–10 day delivery timeframe.

It has now been over 11 days since payment, and I have not received any tracking number, shipping confirmation, or dispatch date.

I contacted customer support multiple times. The only response I received was a generic message mentioning “system issues” and “stock discrepancies,” without any proof that the order was shipped.

At this point, the lack of transparency and failure to meet the stated delivery terms is very disappointing. Taking payment immediately but not providing shipment details or clear timelines is unacceptable.

I am still waiting for either a valid tracking number or a full refund.

By Chance I found the world of ROKR. I ordered the Dream Gift machine and had a lot of fun. At the end the result was amazing. A lot of details you can discover When the construction is finished. New Order was placed immediately. Dream Coffee Bar. Order and shipping was very easy. Now a new built up challenge ist waiting. Thanks to Rokr.

I have 4 ROKR kits and have never had a problem. Some tiny parts easily break, which is totally understandable when you see them, but the kits always carry extra of those. Everything has always lined up okay and not had any problems with the kits except for my bad which have eventually found where I have gone wrong and put right. If I had any suggestion I would suggest the back of the wooden pieces was coloured - maybe a brown or whatever as I really don't like seeing bare wood on a coloured kit. Am doing cuckoo clock at the moment and have coloured the backs dark brown and made sure all the edges are coloured once the snags are filed off. it looks so much nicer with no bare wood. Just a suggestion. I have the latest coffee factory kit on order that will look great next to the Christmas Gift Factory. Maybe ROKR occasionally post on your facebook page asking for suggestions and see what people come up with. You do great products.

I was looking forward to assembling the owl clock. I see everywhere how easy the kits are to assemble.
Well, not in my experience. Got to step 5, page 6 and because the illustration is so hard to see, I put A13 and A14 in backwards and fastened with the A15. When I realized they were in wrong, I tríed to take the pieces out and ended up breaking the stems and I can’t even repair with super glue. Boxed everything and planning to trash it.

The details are very cool, potential very high - but the problem is cheap materials. Everything easily breaks at the smallest appliance of force. I've had multiple puzzles from them and now I've had enough. Every core piece (e.g. chair legs or car hood and so on) breaks even before taking it off the wooden panel. How long does it take this company to make better materials and not waste their customer's time and money??
