Roller door for garage installed with rosewood trim to match other doors and windows on house.
The roller door and controls fitted very neatly into the door opening, installation was quick but not hurried, all areas left clean and tidy.
It is good to have a local company who make their own products to a high standard.

When placing my order. The sales team couldn’t be more helpful.

But when the order was delayed instead of giving a possible idea of delivery I was fobbed off with rude responses. And quotes from their terms and conditions. All I wanted was an idea when I would receive my goods as promised within 10-12 days not 21 days and without an apology. When I suggested to speak to md for help. He kindly replied that he backed his salespersons reply. Nice

Efficient and friendly service, installation executed with a minimum of fuss

I made the first telephone contact to Rollerdooruk from an ad in local magazine. It was quick, easy and very personable. An engineer came as arranged and gave me lots of advice and options and I placed an order there and then, paying a deposit by phone with a card. Expected installation was in 2 weeks - given Bank Holidays this was actually 17 days.
The engineer arrived as arranged and cracked on with the job. On completion he cleared away perfectly and gave me full demonstration of the new garage door. He had a card machine so I could pay straight away and all paperwork arrived at my email within an hour.
I can recommend Rollerdooruk wholeheartedly - an excellent experience.

A great all round experience and a quality product

The installation engineer turned up on time and immediately started removing and then installing our new roller door. The new door was fitted and working in no time at all. The old doors were removed too and after a demonstration of how to operate the doors the job was complete. I would recommend this company if you need new roller doors because they work efficiently and keep to their promises regarding installation dates. 10/10 really pleased with the whole experience and product.

When I order a door and the lady on the phone is switched on and professional, replying promptly, when I have to cancel the delivery it is not a problem and without extra charge then when the driver turns up on the day promised, calls before hand as agreed, gets out of the van and is a human being clearly happy to be working for the company I know I have made the right choice. People are the most important asset to a business and the people I have dealt with are clearly happy at work. Thanks RDUK

Outstanding company. Excellent customer service. Ordered the RD77 electric roller door for self install.

They helped me out with the programming of the controller box to set the limits of the door. They were very patient with me and guided me though the set up process.

Door looks great, works smoothly and arrived within the time frames.

From the first contact with Rollerdoor I was extremely impressed. I spoke to a delightful young lady who was both friendly and very knowledgable and who helped me work out my requirements.
They emailed me an order form, already completed, and asked me to check all dimensions and details before actually placing my order. I intended fitting the door myself and Rollerdoor forwarded me full instructions and useful advise, before I had even ordered the door. This gave me chance to read the instructions and recommendations so that I was fully conversant with the method of fitting.
I was happy with the quotation and the fact that I could get exactly the door I wanted and could fit it how I wanted, i. e. to the internal wall of the garage, thus optimising both height and width of my existing opening.
Rollerdoor quoted an estimated delivery date and a few days before that date they emailed me to arrange a delivery time. The delivery driver contacted me 30 minutes before his arrival and arrived on time. He was a good ambassador for the company. Helpful and cheerful and ensured the door was left exactly where I wanted it.
It was a few weeks before I got around to fitting the door, due to other commitments and also because I wanted to ensure I had a full working day to remove my existing door and to fit the new one.
Starting at 9am I removed my old door and by midday the new door was fitted and fully working. It really was made that easy to fit. The door was well made, in perfect condition, well packaged and exceeded my expectations. The electrics/electronics were simple to fit and the remote controls so easy to programme in.
It is 2 weeks since I fitted the door and I am absolutely delighted with it.
I would highly recommend Rollerdoor to anyone who is considering the purchase of a new garage door. Just have a chat to them. They listen and then fulfil their promises.

Christmas present to myself, worth every penny

Had a new garage door fitted and had it automated. Looks fabulous and just love how smoothly it opens and closes. No more hurting my back trying to open the old garage door manually.
Fitter was efficient and helpful too

Excellent doors for the money, delivery was in good time. I've fitted one before which came with paper instructions, these didn't it was all online and that was a real pain! Reception wasn't great, keep having to unlock your phone etc etc.
