Worst casino experience i ever had, selected welcome bonus it wasn’t added to my account when i contacted costumer service first i waited over 20minutes for them to respond and she (Lady was name Arina) just blamed me i didn’t selected the bonus, im not stupid. I am a successful sports better so I am used to having my accounts closed or restricted. But this is the first time I have actually had my money stolen.

After depositing with them I won a small amount. Then like many bookmakers they restricted my account so I could only bet tiny amounts. When I asked to withdraw they said withdrawals could only happen via bitcoin and I needed to make a €25 bitcoin deposit so they had my details. After I made this deposit they then closed and blocked my account claiming I had engaged in "arbitrage betting".

I 100% did not do this. I know how to make money betting without arbitrage. And since arbitrage betting involves betting on both sides of a bet with different bookmakers/exchanges there is no way they can actually know if this is true. It is simply an easy way for them to steal the money of successful gamblers by claiming something without any proof.

They have recently updated their terms and conditions to ban "value betting" (of course, without defining what they mean by value betting). Since value betting is what any successful gambler does - by definition - it allows them to steal the money of anyone they want.

One small hope for those out there who have been scammed by this business: their license does not allow them to accept players from the UK. If you registered with them and said your location was the UK, used a UK bank account or credit card, or accessed the site from a UK IP address then they are in breach of their gambling license. Complaining to the relevant authorities may force them to refund your deposits. You can find details of their license at the bottom of their site.

First trying to withdraw my 500€ you said i need to verify on the website. I did, then i get a mail telling me i need to verify again and sending more information. I sent and been waiting for 3 days no answer. When i go to live chat it just writes like a robot and Tilling me the same thing over and over again.

I made several deposits of 500 euros on the site, I bet on live casino and also on sports betting, when I requested a withdrawal, they sent me two withdrawals of 500 euros (the maximum) and on the 3rd withdrawal they closed my account.
They sent me an email saying:
"It is prohibited to engage in any Arbitrage Betting and/or Value Betting activates."
