A very bad experience. I deposited 60 eur, received 24 eur bonus. I played a long time, wagered the bonus more the 40 times. Then I won a larger amount of money (5000 eur), wanted to make a withdrawal (at least 500 - this is the limit for 48 hours - another joke) and suddenly, without any warning they took everything from my account and kept only 120 EUR. Their response was that it was made out of bonus money and that during wagering, you can make only 5 x bonus amount of withdrawal and lose everything above. I explained them that this 24 eur bonus was already wagered more times than it is neccessary by their rules (40x) and that the withdrawal option was unblocked on my account (which was blocked untill I reached the full amount of wager - for 24 eur I needed to wager more then 2600 eur - next joke). They always repeated the same over and over. So, if you are looking for a site where you never get your money back, go for rollino.bet or any other rollino.xx they put after the name. I never had such a bad experience, and never felt so much anger or dissapointment before. They didnt even care, that I made before deposits for more then 800 eur.

This casino has some of the worst terms and conditions possible. All bonuses require 40x wagering of the deposit and bonus. A standard deposit with no bonus requires 10x wagering. They allow bank deposits, but do not allow withdrawals using this method, so without a crypto wallet you can not withdraw any money. I have made multiple requests to close my account with live support, and they just tell you to email the request in, but nothing is ever actioned. Avoid this casino at all costs, many better value options out there that do not hold your winnings hostage.

Obviously a scam casino. Over €300 in low value spins all dead spins. Live chat took over 25 minutes to answer me and then all they wanted was me to deposit more. Avoid like the plague
