I had been considering Rollr for a while but wasn't sure if it would actually work, it looked too good to be true.
I've recently taken up a lengthy project in a hot country and my go to stick deodorant just wasn't performing. It was time to order a Rollr, I chose the steel roller and my package arrived promptly. The set up was easy, the glass container looks delightful but most importantly, the product is FANTASTIC and keeps me fresh and dry all day!
Should have made the switch earlier, thank you Rollr...now to order some refills for later.

I originally ordered the wrong stone from Rollr and contacted them to see if I could change the order. I was told this wasn’t possible, which was disappointing but not a huge issue as I planned to return the item and order the correct one instead.

I was then offered a discount if I kept the original deodorant and bought another one. I politely declined as I had no use for two deodorants and didn’t want to create unnecessary waste. I was surprised when I was then told that, as a small company, they don’t accept returns…despite their website clearly stating that returns are accepted and promoting a 30-day “change of mind” policy?

After I pointed this out and explained that I was aware of my consumer rights regarding returns, I was contacted by the founder, who eventually agreed to the return. However, I was told that if I returned the original item, I would no longer be eligible for the discount on another purchase. By that point, I had already decided I wouldn’t be ordering from the company again due to the experience, so this wasn’t an issue for me.

What shocked me most was the apparent attempt to pressure me into keeping a product I didn’t want. For a company that places such a strong emphasis on sustainability, encouraging customers to keep unwanted products rather than honouring a published returns policy seems rather contradictory.

As for the product itself, I didn’t find it particularly special, and the case was much heavier than expected. It would be impractical to take on holiday or carry around regularly.

Overall, disappointing customer service and an experience that did not match the values or policies promoted on the website. I will not be purchasing from Rollr again or recommending it.

Had a problem with the unit and Rollr, promptly offered th replace the unit with no questions asked......can't really expect better than that!

Not at all.
I decided to for Rollr because as well as their bottle looking really good, the smells being really nice (my favourite is the mandarin one), but I recently had a bit of an issue with the cap that holds the ball, after I'd just ordered some refills.
Contacted customer service, they replied quickly, asked for a picture and got me a new part in the post quick-sharp.

So far so good. Whilst I do sweat, it's specially formulated deodorant and not an antiperspirant. Beautiful dispenser and nice scents. It's not making my work shirts yellow and my shirts aren't smelling of sweat. Have only just started but loving it so far.

LOVED THIS ! i have followed Rollr for a while but finally got around to ordering one; smells delicious, feels like an underarm massage, and was super eas to use.

Real people and a real company. I was called to ask about my experience and I’m so cynical of such calls these days as it’s usually automated or some disinterested party with a script but it was refreshing to speak to a real invested nice person! (Milo) a company with real people behind the customer service is so rare these days that it would trump so many other aspects for me when choosing to use them as I’m so sick of dealing with computers and bad tech. Keep up the human aspect!

This is the best Deodoran ever. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have to put elastic band around the plastic bottles as they slip out of my hands. Rollr deodorant is a game changer the sturdy bottle is easy to hold without the elastic bands. It smells lovely and does a great job keeping me from being smelly I love this product and would recommend to anyone with dexterity problems.

I am totally addicted to my rollr every thing about it, the absolute beautiful Cristal that glides on the deodorant so softly and the sense stays fresh all day , before I aways used to keep my deodorant in the drawer but no I leave it out on the dressing Tass it looks stunning , I have definitely been converted and would never go back to the original deodorants I used to use ,,l i would highly recommend for anyone to try this stunning deodorant with the freshness lasting all day 🌟💫👌🏼

I bought the Green crystal Rollr with 2 refills- Juniper and Mandarin. This deodorant is right up my street. The bottle is beautiful, feels weighty & solid to hold and the Aventurine ball rolls well and looks elevated. The scents are beautiful, the product has a lovely luxury quality to it and I know several friends who would love this as a gift. If I’m being picky I’d love a crystal lid to elevate it further! Scents are lovely and last well. Really beautiful product- love, love, love!

Love my Rollr! Divine fragrance, easy to refill and what a beautiful bottle. Makes deodorant my new favorite daily ritual (and it works!) and I just love the cool feeling of the jade roller. Brilliant product!

This is a truly great product. I've tried a few different natural deodorants and anti-perspirants. A few do work very well, but they quite waxy and greasy, and transfer to your clothes.

Rollr solves all of that, while also having a wonderful scent. Also, a small thing, but it's always cold. This, after the gym, or a run, for example, is really refreshing when you apply it.

A great Company to deal with and after service care was superb with Christine resolving the issue I had on my order.. looking forward to using the products.
Certainly worth ordering with this Company.

Absolutely love my rose quartz rollr and the scents I have tried so far I really like. I have a sensitivity to many chemicals. I have had no break-outs with these gentle ingredients and have had no body odour .
The customer service experience has been really great.

Rollr is ok but I feel there is still room for improvements. It takes more than a pretty applicator to be an effective natural deodorant. The scents are lovely they just don’t last very long. I normally apply deodorant morning and night but found myself reaching for this during the day, when I’m home because the applicator is a little too on the heavy side for me to want to carry around.
I had an issue with the applicator leaking but that was easily resolved by customer service so I cannot fault them in that department.

LOVE using this, the blue ball feels so cool, calming and luxurious on the skin. I do apply am and pm and the scent is divine. Love this paper sachet refill concept

I love Rollr, the only thing which is not so great is the bottle top, it doesn’t really do that nice bottle any justice and while the smell of the deodorant is absolutely gorgeous the smell doesn’t last long but it keeps me dry. Customer service is really good. My cradle started leaking for some reason and they sent me a replacement straight away without any quibble.
