Very responsive, very easy to work with the kind of held my hand through the process as I needed it and as I needed revisions. Would highly recommend and would use it again!! the product was amazing quick and my hubby absolutely loved it.
I had them make a song for my wife. It was amazing how well they captured our story! We have so many good laughs during the song and it was fun to watch her realize it was about us. Thanks Romance Record!

What a fantastic idea for a different gift. It was easy to do and the song is of a really high quality. We both got chills down our spine and the look on my partner’s face was priceless! I keep finding myself singing the chorus to myself and it has become a bit of an earworm - must be good!! Thank you!!!

My husband made a song for our wedding anniversary. We have been married 25 years so lots to cover. It was funny with so many things that annoy him about me but it was done so beautifully it made me cry. Such a lovely idea and so easy to operate even for an over 50! Love it and have recommended to family and friends
