Recently ordered around 6 pairs of earrings from this company. They all arrived fairly quickly, in excellent condition, and good quality. Based off of this one experience, I would be willing to order from them again.

Title describes how I'm feeling perfectly. Why say I qualify for free shipping when it's clearly a lie??? Paid over £25, so it said free shipping which was great. Fast forward to today I receive a card from my local post office that says 'THE SENDER DID NOT PAY THE FULL POSTAGE'. I am so confused and angry, now I have to pay postage after all even though I qualified for free shipping? Pissing joke. Last tenner in my mother effing bank account, literally needed that for food now I have to pay it or it threatens 'I WILL NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM'. Might as well give them my tossing card details so they can have what's left in my account aswell LOL! Usually love this site but not if they're gonna start pulling tricks like this. Qualified for free shipping before now and NEVER had this problem so why all of a sudden? I suppose this will get ignored though considering all the pissed off responses from fellow victims.

I've ordered lots of times from romwe but I stopped due to gaining a lot of weight. I was size 8 and now a 14. I was worried about how things would fit due to sizes being on the smaller size before. I stuck to tshirts, leggings and chockers. All were great, some were even too big.. which is better than too small. I suggest reading reviews on the items before you purchase, some things are bad quality and some are good. Some items are thin and some see through whilst some arent. The reason I always have successful buys is because i read the reviews. I know to stay away from skirts and most dresses. Some denim jackets are good, the socks are good, t shirt dresses.

Mi pedido se dividió en 2 paquetes, llegó uno y el otro fue regresado a resguardo internacional según estafeta, se supone que mi paquete tenía hasta el 31 de marzo y ya es la fecha y no ha llegado, estafeta me dijo que el remitente (osea romwe) deberia volver mandar el paquete para que ahora sí llegue a Veracruz y pueda ir yo a recogerlo presencialmente a estafeta, quisiera que llegue mi paquete o un rembolso de mi dinero.

I order a few red fedora hats and they were packed and seal so tightly that the hats are bent. I cannot shape them back into shape.

So I ordered my items the 18th of March and It’s been in pre-shipment to usps since the 19th I’m not so sure if it’s normal or not but it’s been like that for six days I’m not sure if they work weekends but idk I’m getting kinda worried since the tracking hasent moved :/

I got all my items in 7 days flat. They are all good quality for the price so Im not tripping. You get what you pay for just make sure you check the size chart and reviews of each item.

Ordered a sweater from Romwe the wait was ages and I never even ended up receiving my order. I was confused and contacted them at the customer services and had to wait a week for a response.
They told me that my package had been delivered and the problem was “resolved” They still have my money and I don’t even have what I payed for.
I feel totally scammed and am never ordering from this site again.

Received email that my package was delivered but it was not and they do not respond.

Half of the items ordered were really low quality/had stains on them. You have to pay for the returns as well and their customer service claims after I emailed them that you have to inform warehouse before shipping about the faulty items even though it is not stated in their returns policy. Do not recommend.

I have had very good luck with the items I have received from this company. I agree that the items are not always as nice as what is shown in the photos. However if you take time to read the reviews and look at customer photos, and make sure you read the specifications of what the material is and what kind of sizing you should order you can get some fabulous deals. All and all you get what you pay for and you are not going to get a 100.00 dollar dress for 10.00 that is of the same quality as the original but you can get some very cute items for a great price.

Bought a number of items. I couldnt believe my eyes because they were so unbelievable cheap. However they arrived today and im super happy. I feel like ive had a bargain. I will deffo use again.
Theres quite a few novilty items.
The wall stickers are great!
People tend to leave reviews when they've had a bad service, but i think my experience warrants a positive review.

My daughter had a bunch of items in her cart plus a free gift. She went to change the quantity of an item and lost everything in the cart. She had to find everything and add to the cart again. Because of this she forgot the free gift. Also because of how much we purchased we got free shipping. We couldn't chose the kind of shipping, only option Express. I tried contacting Romwe about the free gift but they won't give us it. And also the delivery company is requesting the shipping costs even though we get free shipping. Their customer service is awful, can't get proper responses.

Wish it could be zero stars. Placed an order. Our post office sent it back to Romwe because of insufficient address. There was no way to contact customer service. So now they have our money and our order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have zero customer service and will steal your money too.

Pedí hace un tiempo y lleva 3 semanas parado en México el servicio de paquetería es pésimo, nada que ver con shein llega antes de la fecha indicada

Mi pedido fue dividido en dos de los cuales uno si lo recibi,y el otro paquete lo regreso la paqueteria extendiendo el papeleo correspondiente .Que debo hacer si mi dinero no se refleja en mi cartera ya paso el tiempo indicado.
