Shipped me two items completely wrong. Made me pay to ship it back to get a full refund. I shipped it back and they refused the package and then will only offer me partial credit. They do not pay for returns even if they make the mistake

Article de très mauvaise qualité, IMPOSSIBLE de les retourner et c'est une filiaire SHEIN.
Cela me marque depuis hier "système occupe" service client d'ailleurs inexistant.
Les articles sont malgré tout arrive en bonne état et dans les temps.
Je vais quand même les revendre sur Vinted.

Rückversand ist wiederholt durch Auslastung des Systems (?) nicht möglich. Man soll es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wiederholen.. war aber das gleiche Problem. Der günstigste Versand nach Belgien, wohin das Paket geschickt werden muss, ist mit Hermes für 8,50 Euro. Wir haben recht lange, circa 3 Wochen auf die Bestellung gewartet. Die Qualität ist nicht allzu gut, das Material ist gut verarbeitet, aber nicht sehr hochwertig. Für die Preise natürlich vollkommen nachvollziehbar und berechtigt. Viele Designs, Prints und Schnitte findet man leider nicht bei anderen Anbietern.

My order came way outside of the window. The clothing was for my birthday trip out of the country. I keep trying to start my refund and every time from different devices and each time I am told there is a system error. I try to create a ticket and same issue.

I HAVE TRIED SINCE 28/12/24 TO RETURN SOME MEN'S TROUSERS. EACH TIME I TRIED A BOX CAME UP SAYING BUSY TRY AGAIN LATER THIS WENT ON FOR OVER 3 WEEKS THEN A BOX CAME UP SAYING IT WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN. If your package arrives at all, Romwe lies about refunding. They will not refund you at all, no matter how long it's been. They will not post any honest reviews or photos, only 5 or 4 star and photos that make the items appear better than they are. They only post fake positive reviews which people are coerced into to get discounts but ultimately none of the clothes are worth it. Dont trust any of the reviews and dont buy from here. All items returned correctly due to being very poor quality, not as described/different item from the photos and images advertised, very cheap material and clothes look awful. Theres no way to contact them at all, the bot is utterly useless and is completely unable to answer even basic questions and makes it impossible to contact anyone or resolve any issues so that you ultimately end up so frustrated that you give up and lose all your money. They will take the items back but they will not refund you despite repeatedly stating that they have, it will never happen they are lying. This is a scam company Do Not Buy no matter how good the images, products or reviews look, it is all fake, if it looks too good too be true, it is, you will only lose all your money. Most people do not even get their parcel, but are charged anyway and they will Not refund you, even if they keep saying they have.

ROMWE is a great place for cute clothes and accessories, and usually is cheap. Only complaint is some stuff being low quality, but that depends on the manufacturer. Other than that, Shipping estimates are almost always accurate, and I recommend to anyone who likes gothic, cottagecore, or kawaii clothing.

Prima volta che compro dall'app di romwe, di solito prendevo da shein, ho comprato 7 articoli, di cui 3 pantaloni pagati 40 euro in totale quindi non poco.
La stoffa era terribile, 100% plastica e impossibili da indossare perché fanno rumore mentre cammini, ho provato a renderli ma non puoi.
Ho scritto 4 volte al servizio clienti che non risponde e scrive sempre un bot che ripete le stesse cose.
Truffatori non comprerò più nulla.

J'ai commandé un jean sur shein de la marque romwe, je l'ai bien reçu mais malheureusement avec une odeur horrible de produits chimiques. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il mettent comme produit dans la conception de leurs vêtements mais c'est à FUIR j'en ai même eu des vomissements et des maux de tête. Et même après plusieurs lavages l'odeur ne part pas.
