Great Communication, satisfying personal service tailor made to meet your needs, and Quick friendly service provided by staff.

Great communication and setting expectations.

So good they went the extra mile to drop it at my house. So nice!

Product not in initially in stock and some freight issues HOWEVER a phone call from The Roof Box to explain everything was appreciated and turned a potentially bad review into a good experience.

Roofbox were extremely efficient, and customer service was excellent. Communication was fast and friendly and the products are top rate - which is why we use them.

Easy process of ordering and arrived a couple days later

Quick service, great price and stress free. Roof bars very easy to fit.

Great team with expert advice. Stoked to have my truck set up to carry building supplies now.

Out standing service through out purchased a Harpo 8.6 white roof box and bars. Came in record time customer service including sales from start to finish was brilliant .
Many thanks to the whole team

When I was unsure from the online options and asked a question on the helpline re adapters to fit my bars on a different vehicle the answer was clear and helpful. Then ordering and postage was straightforward. I fitted the racks today. Instructions were pretty clear to follow but the fitting was pretty fiddly. I found I needed to push the bar down with one elbow to get enough thread to catch. Long nimble fingers would be an advantage

Great customer service and advice from the team

Once I figured out how to install was very easy

The service received from the team at The Roof Box Company has been outstanding.

Great service when asking questions. Fast delivery.
