Ordered roof rack for my car after a lot of research.
3 30pm knock on door 8 40am following morning racks arrived. Didn't even pay for express delivery.
Put kit together very easy with full instructions just waiting for snow to stop to fit to car .
Very pleased with quality of kit for the price looks like it will do the job .

Very good communication, great service.

Good communication and prompt delivery. Very happy with the roof racks and kayak bracket

I emailed with some enquiries which were answered very promptly and answered any questions I had.

Excellent customer service. The team was more than obliging to assist with my enquiry and shipped my order immediately.

Easy purchase, good product, prompt delivery, easy to get GST receipt (though this should be automatically provided, shouldn't have to ask)

Very fast delivery and easy to get right the first time

Fast delivery, great communication

Exceptional customer service, couldn't of been any more helpful!

Racks arrived via courier super fast. Brand of racks not the same as advertised, very confusing, thought they had sent wrong item. Bit tricky putting conversion kit on, but easy once I found a you tube vid. Be great if you provided more pics of correctly branded racks. And provided an instruction vid.

Good prices, prompt shipping and a quality product.

Excellent product. Easy to fit. Very pleased. Only negative thing was I was expecting it to come from Auckland not Wellington so took longer to receive it

Answered my questions directly. Good prroduct fit my vehicle as advertised. Used a fast and efficient courier company to deliver product too.

The staff were very helpful and delivered on every promise that they made will most definitely buy of them again and will recommend to others thanks guys.
