Quick, on time, good Comms from the office and very pleasant and professional. Chris really know what he was about and intelligently diagnosed issues and thought ahead. Loads of free and useful advise and even taught me to use and programme the stupidly complicated heating controls. Superb customer service.

Christian and Max visited to assess and repair my solar thermal hot water system which had become noisy and not very efficient. They were on time, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They added glycol to the system and re-commissioned it. It is now working properly again and it is silent.

I used Rooster Heating's services last week for the removal of my gas fire, and found them to be efficient, knowledgeable and competitively priced. I would happily use again and recommend to others.

We had an intermittent problem with our solar thermal hot water system. Christian visited us, diagnosed the issue and within a day the new part arrived and was fitted. The system is back working, good as new.

Christian serviced our boiler and advised on a quote for some radiator work at the same time. He was friendly and professional, and the work was done tidily and efficiently. The advice he offered showed clear expertise and was much appreciated. Aidan and Max came to do the radiator work and were also a pleasure to deal with - work done very effectively.

Provided excellent help and advice when telephoned. Contractor confirmed his arrival time, was extremely courteous and took his time in helping us to understand the heating and water controls in house that we have recently moved in to. Will certainly be using the Company again and highly recommend them.

Arrived when they said they would and kept us fully informed. Chris, the workman, had read the Water Filter instructions before he arrived and therefore was armed with everything he needed. He kept us fully informed throughout the work and once complete showed us how to change the filters - nothing was too much trouble. Definitely will be using them again.

Christian was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful when fixing our solar water heating system and servicing our boiler and water cylinder. He gave advice on the optimal way to use the system and gave reassurance that should there be any further problems he was only a phone call away - excellent service!

Aidan replaced our boiler with total professionalism and good humour. I have been using Roost since it was established for multiple jobs and at different locations. No question these are Hampshire’s leading heating and gas engineers and I highly recommend them.

Had a leak in our solar thermal water and air in the system. One phone call to Roost and a couple back from them confirmed a visit within 3 working days. First visit and not only fixed the leak but also purged the system and it is now working perfectly. No more chugging and alarming as it overheats. Excellent service and quick response. As they say themselves, they're not the cheapest but that doesn't matter. Thank you Roost.
