Christian was first class!! Serviced our boiler and gas fire and gave us a clear verbal report as well as the emailed documents. He also spotted our Nest sensors were off line - and provided coaching through a tricky process to sort them out!!! Could not ask for more - thankyou!!

Boiler not working on a property that is due to complete sale in 10 days. Estate agent called out Roost Heating. Thankfully just the pump and all up and running again. Many many thanks.

It was easy to make a booking through the office for our Boiler service: Belinda was efficient and friendly.
Aidan arrived in the time slot; letting me know when he was about 20 minutes away. He worked efficiently and communicated effectively to advise me on a number of heating/plumbing issues.
I was very happy with the whole experience!

My parents house had underfloor heating when it was built in 1986. It never really worked properly for the last 15 years. We spent a lot of money with a local plumber try to fix it with little luck. Chris from Roost came down and fixed it in 4 hours! This included one zone which never worked from new! Highly recommended!!

After several years of our UFH system not working properly (and driving me mad) Tareq was brilliant at quickly understanding it, working out what was missing, complicated and not working and coming up with a solution. Absolutely awesome service.

We have had problems with our underfloor heating for the last 3 years various plumbers have been but they have never been able to solve the issues. Roost spent a morning at our property and they have got everything up and running and more importantly have explained the workings, controls and what to do going forward. It’s brilliant to have confidence in a trade and will be certainly using them going forward. The communication and contact has also been brilliant.

Recently had to get in touch after we developed a leak subsequently to a boiler replacement. A failed valve in the existing system. Roost popped out and fixed free of charge although not directly part of the original job.

We have just replaced an old oil boiler with an air source heat pump. This was quite a significant project with most of the rooms in the house requiring larger or additional radiators. We also had a new shower fitted. Tareq designed and costed the new system. It was installed primarily by Chris, Aidan, Max and Ben. The overall time taken and final cost were true to the original estimates. The team worked hard to complete the work in around 3 1/2 days - they usually started at 8 and finished around 5 although on one occasion one of the team continued until around 7 in the evening. All members of the team were professional and personable and the quality of their work appears to be excellent - they also communicated well to ensure that we were satisfied with the end product.

The engineer arrived when he said he would to service the boiler. When he found a minor fault he arranged for the part to be available the next day and returned to complete the service. No complaints.

Overall, a great service experience

We have used Roost Heating for many years for a variety of heating and plumbing jobs both big and small. We have always been extremely satisfied with their work. The team are very reliable, friendly and helpful and we highly recommend them.
