We recently contacted this company after a bad experience with another rope company advertised online. The service we received from Ropes Direct was exceptional. Basically the other company kept cutting the synthetic rope too short and making excuses. We called ropes direct and explained the problems we were having getting the exact length we needed to fit between our posts in our garden. They were polite, friendly and knowledgable, taking the time to listen to our requirements and explain what they do. We placed our order and the rope and cup ends arrived a couple of days later, super quick and the rope was the exact measurements we required. We were so impressed with this company and recommend them to anyone looking for specific rope measurements or a good honest company to buy rope from, to check out this company first, you won’t be disappointed.
