The customer service was great and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

Truly a terrible product experience and not worth the price or dealing with customer service. We bought a rorra and it instantly started leaking. A leak from the handle makes it unusable basically. First customer service just sends you a spring and a screw like that fixes things, it does not. Now we are told to ship the unit back in its original packaging no less. So thank god we didn’t trust this internet only brand and we kept our box, but it’s been 6 months of back and forth to get a working unit and the entire experience is a net loser for customers. I would never recommend this product and I would tell people to stick with the name brands who can actually service the market.

I received my Rorra unit but unfortunately had issue with the filter not being the right fit with the case after sending an email to customer service the issue was handled right away and waiting for the new filter to come.

Really impressed with the customer service — reached out with a question about filter replacement and got a clear, simple answer right away. They made it easy to adjust delivery timing based on actual usage (around 175–200 gallons), which I appreciate.

As for the system itself, I’m genuinely enjoying it. Clean-tasting water, simple setup, and it sits right on the counter — no more running to the store for bottled water. Just fill it and go.

Overall, smooth experience all around. Solid product backed by responsive support.

The company has excellent customer service. No nonsense company, with attitude that customer issues are always resolved. Plus my counter filter looks and works very well. I love it.

After a year of use, I’m extremely impressed. I was a longtime Berkey user and didn’t switch lightly, but this has been a clear upgrade. The quality and performance are outstanding, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. Any interaction I’ve had with the company has been seamless. Highly recommend.

Excellent service for a quality made product

We bought both items at the discounted price. It was a big investment for us, but after seeing what our local water looks like, we thought we'd give it a shot. Wow. The shower head is a treat. The water flows like a rain shower, and I can't say enough about how soft and manageable my hair has become. My husband and I both had issues with itchy backs, and that seems to have subsided. As for the water quality, we feel better knowing we're drinking and cooking with cleaner water. I'm telling everyone I know about both.

We have had our Rorra for over 3- months. We use Rorra water for drinking and cooking. It is the best. When our friends try the Rorra water, they want to buy one too.

I’ve been using the Rorra for a month now, and I really like its large capacity and water quality. The water temperature is perfect—not too cold or too warm. It was a big investment for me, but I’m glad I made the right choice.
