I ordered this in June, got tracking number from them but I couldn't find it on the site. Emailed them and said it was working and to try from their site. I did and it worked. After 2 months of waiting it has finally come today. Don't know if it will work or not as just plugged it in to charge. Will update when I have tried it out for a bit.

I want to give no stars. I cancelled my order within 5 mins of ordering. Contacted company via email mail saying I clicked in error. I did receive email mail assuring me no money would be taken and my order was cancelled....they took money £47.00. Said item was on its way. Have not received the item though ?. They have assured me twice that money is being refunded. Still nothing as of today 8.8.26. Now not answering my e mail..my experience so far is do not buy from them.

Update...item i cancelled arrived today 11.8.26, no remote or charging cable...I feel 'This Morning' should have looked into this company before we all ordered from them...I've emailed company again...but I think they don't give a damn. Dreadful customer care and service...

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews after mistakenly ordering a face mask.
I tried to cancel the order almost immediately, but I was repeatedly told there was no order showing on their system, despite the money already having been taken from my bank account. I even sent them screenshots as proof.
Once I finally received the order confirmation email, I contacted them again to cancel. This time I was told it was too late because the order had already been dispatched. It's strange that one day they claimed the order didn't exist, and the next day it had somehow already been shipped.
Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the item and waiting for a full refund. The whole experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

The parcel delivered from the UK to US and I had no problems with customs, tariffs, or delivery. As for the mask, it works. The company says to expect results in 2-3 weeks but for me, I was using it 3-4 times a week instead of daily so results came in around 4 weeks or so. The redness around my cheeks and chin is mostly gone and my skin has a nice glow for around 6 hours after I stop using it. My makeup sits better as my fine lines have softened. Still waiting on results for enlarged pores on the nose as that was one of my main concerns.

I would have preferred if it came with a remote though instead of having to press on the mask while I am laying down. A remote in hand would have been better.

I purchased an item from Rosabelle. LED face mask. It arrived and came without instructions for use. A totally unsafe product to use without safety information.
I contacted them and I wanted to return it and have a refund. I sent many messages via the portal and e mails. I did this on the same day I received the item.
This company cannot be trusted. The customer service is appalling
They will not refund me. This contravenes the 90 day no questions asked refund policy.
Despite many e mails they are totally ignoring me now.

I ordered the Rosabelle led face mask as seen on This Morning like everybody else. I ordered on 26.06.26 and had the same emails as everyone else. Thought it was a scam but yesterday it arrived so panic over. So there is still hope for those that have ordered.

This company is fraudulent. You will never see the item you ordered and no emails will get a reply. Report directly to your bank or credit card provider. Leave ‘Scam’ feedback wherever you can.

I waited sometime to get my mask but recieved it today have no remote control I have sent an e mail to Rosabelle and waiting for their reply . I also saw the mask advertised on This morning .

If it does not arrive I will just get my bank to get the money back

Someone should contact ITV or Waxhdog about this company. How can they be endorsed by a National TV Channel and be such an abhorrent company?

Scammed because of a recommendation on ITV This Morning. I saw the recommendation for the LED face mask on ITV This Morning social post and ordered the mask. I have now heard nothing regarding shipping and my email to them has been ghosted. This company Rosabelle is awful beyond belief. Shoppers beware.

Like others ordered after a review on This Morning in ITV. Very little response from the company and on further investigation they cannot be a legitimate company. Email address regarding shipping / tracking / confirmation is all the same and not with rosabella in it. Ordered in June and only received tracking number 14th July - only tracking number does not exist.
Email sent - I don’t expect a reply.

Will be contacting This Morning too as I am not the only one who has ordered after seeing product in this show

Update: 23/07/26 - My order arrived yesterday. No issues at present with the product. Packaging was a little damaged by the travel but nothing significant. LED mask is working and seems my concerns this is a scam have been unwarranted. Communication could be better to keep customers informed considering the bad reviews, that would help.

After seeing the product receive rave reviews on This Morning, I placed my order on 03/07/26. Confirmation email advising order received and they have taken my money. Since then, nothing!! I emailed to ask for an ETA but no response as yet. I really should have checked the reviews first. No usually so impulsive 🙈 DAMN!!

19/07/26 - received an email to advise my order has been despatched. Will update this review when I receive the item, LED face mask.

I did receive the face mask (not Revolution brand), however it was damaged upon delivery. I contacted the seller via email the same day requesting a refund to which they replied to asking for additional information so they could raise a ticket with Evri. I supplied the additional requested information but now I am being ignored! So they have no doubt had compensation from Evri but are not refunding me for the damaged item. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

LED face mask - as advertised on This morning . Advert is false.
As others have said.. *SCAM* you make a purchase, get a confirmation email. Then nothing. They don’t respond to your messages, no order arrived .
Card cancelled as precaution as some have said they have had additional charges go through.

Scam Rosabelle same the person in the last response, advertised on this morning, received an email when ordered and nothing, sent 3 emails and nothing, disgusting, please dont order, nearly 2 wks now.

Placed my order and received a confirmation but since then no further communication on when I will receive it. The order number does not work on their tracking app and my emails have gone unanswered.
I bought this after it was recommended by Nadine Bagget on the This Morning programme.

If anyone sees the revolution face mask being sold by this site, stay clear
They will send you a standard face mask which is water damaged. They will not respond to your email. Scammers
