To clarify, as stated in the promotion terms, the 100% first deposit bonus applies to the very first single deposit made after registration. Because the deposit was completed in two separate £10 transactions instead of one £20 transaction, our system was unable to automatically trigger the bonus. We understand that this may not have been clear at the time, and we are sorry for the frustration this caused.
