I ordered a red winter coat. It arrived after approx 3 weeks. The size was too small and the material was thin. The coat was shorter than expected and looked more like a jacket than a coat. There was no return paperwork in the packet and I had to email for info. The company offered a 30% refund with me keeping the coat, and when I refused, they increased the offer to 60% which I still refused. I eventually got a full refund but postage to China cost me £26. I won't be using the company again.

Is appears this is a fake company. Weeks and weeks for clothes to arrived when we requested refund we were told they'd offer a discount instead. Now no response and we can't return items. Seems like a scam

Scammers!They stop any contact with my after I ask an address for refund!I do a complain to my bank and I block my account!I do a complain for fraud to authorities!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This is absolutely a SCAM and Fraudulant. They claim to be a London based company but are Chinese based in fact. the item is very poor quality. i have requested a return which they are now saying must be sent to china which will cost a fortune and take a long time. i have reported them to my credit card to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered 2 pairs of leggings. It has taken months to get them and about 12 emails from the company, making excuses for why they are not ready. I didn't read these reviews until after I'd ordered. Finally arrived. I'm 5 ft 4, size 10, so ordered a small. These only just come up to my hips but only get down to my high calf area. I think they might fit a 10 year old. Wish I'd never bothered with this company. How do they continously get away with taking peoples money and delivering dreadful items?! They should be banned from selling anything to the UK.

The product took a long time to arrive, but when it did it was SO far removed from the image on the website. I challenged this with them (sent them a photo of their sales image and what I received in comparison) and said I wanted to return the item with a full credit. I was told it had to be sent back to China (I thought it was a UK company!) at my cost, but that instead they would offer me a 60% refund and no need to return. As I very much doubted the parcel would ever find its way back to the address in China or that I would receive my full credit, I accepted the 60%. I am writing this review to warn readers to be very aware the quality is not as you see on the website. The jacket ordered looked like a wool blend, what I received was a shiny, printed polyester. I wish I could attach the photos to this review, as that way, my words would not be necessary!

This company is not from London as they claim. They are from China. The goods look nothing like the photos on-line. They are of a much inferior quality and, frankly, I will not been seen wearing. They offer you a refund to stop you returning the goods. I managed a 50% refund and sent the goods to a charity shop. Avoid this company!

Coat did not fit and was exceptionally poor quality. Offered me 30% discount which I refused. They replied “we would like to offer you a 45% refund for the sake of sustainability instead of taking another delivery route. Also, the reason we offer this option is that this way you don't have to bother with the process of shipping the item back and shouldering the cost, which may be around £25–£30.”
Now left with an item I would be embarrassed to sell but will donate it to charity shop.

This appears to be a British company but it is not. Poor quality products coming from China which are very small sized. Impossible to return and get money back.

Looks like this is a scam webiste that you place an order with. They do not deliver as detailed and if the items are wrong they are impossible to contact, so do not expect a refund . I paid with Paypal so I will write and advise them they have not contacted me as I requested. I would advise not to purchase from this company. Beware !

Don't bother scammed,if I could give a zero I would.

Scam website. Poor quality clothes and makes returns impossible and harder to do. Based in China. Delivery times are longer than 14 days. Be aware of this scam.

If I could award no stars I would.
I bought a coat from what I thought was a website for a family run business (Roselyn Oxford) in London.
When the coat arrived, it had been shipped from abroad, the quality was extremely poor. Cheap material, badly made, and looked nothing like the coat I thought I had bought.
The company is clearly fake!
I have emailed them twice, but have had no response, so am now hoping to get a refund to my credit card via my bank.

Useless product. Like cardboard not material. Nothing like it was shown. Shameless. Horrible colours. So artificial that if it got close to a fire it would self combust. Awful....not willing to refund full amount, only 30%!!

Waited 5weeks for a coat that is okay,certainly not worth what I paid for it.Certainly not as smart as the coat in the picture on their website.

This firm is not based in either Oxford or London. Rude reply to my email querying the amount of time my order was taking to reach meAvoid.Avoid.Avoid.
Finally woken up to not buy items advertised on facebook.

Quality was unbelievably poor. Communication very slow. Offered me 30% refund eventually or for full refund I had to pay for tracked postage to China! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CLOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a coat from this company thinking they were based in London, I knew when coat took over three weeks to arrive it was not the case.
Coat arrived in Royal Mail see through bag as original bag was ripped in transit, couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the coat, it was the cheapest looking item I have ever seen was unlined and material at a push might make a duster, was far to small which is irrelevant as I wouldn't even attempt to wear it. Cost me £54 and that was sale price, I've contacted my bank and hopefully they will get my money back.

The website is a con. I ordered some thick jogging pants. What arrived weeks later was not what was on the packet. It was a cheap imitation. No way to return the goods, and despite sending emails no reply. The company is clearly based abroad as the goods come through a Heathrow warehouse. Beware. Beware.

I ordered a beautiful red jacket in Dec 2025 that still hasn't arrived. I contacted company to be assured it was on way. I also asked if they were UK to which they replied yes. I checked the tracking only to discover the jacket was being flown in from abroad. The advert looks like there are UK shops so don't be fooled. If jacket arrives as is advertised I will update my opinion

Bought and paid £65 for a deep red jacket with white fur lining! That is not what I received! Bright red with tacky cheap lining! Took a month to receive 21st dec, this was a Christmas present for my best friend. When she opened it it was marked so she washed it with a colour catcher and it turned pink! Fit for the bin only! As it was when it arrived, I’m so embarrassed to have given her this piece of utter trash! Avoid Avoid Avoid!! Wish I could give minus stars.
